Doctor and staff listened to my concerns and complaints of the reason why I was there. All were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Doctor ordered the appropriate medications for me, within 24 hours I was feeling better. From start to finish, short wait and not a very long time before I was discharged. Thank you so much!

Everyone was very professional. Office was clean. It was easy to make an appointment on line. I would highly recommend GuideWell Emergency Doctors.

I like Giudewell. They have everything on site to accommodate your problem. Doctors on staff, X-rays, lab work and are pretty good at diagnosing your problem or situation on the spot. They Electronically Sent my prescription to the drug store so it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Their interest was taking care of me and I highly recommend them.

GuideWell experience was one of the best we have ever had. From the front desk staff to the RN, XRay and Dr. All were very kind and thorough. It was very clean and they were very organized and prompt. Would definitely use this facility again!

I give them a 5️ because anything that you need can be done there in a hurry. I’ve been there a few times and the staff is really nice. I’ve always received great treatment. They warn you about the possible long wait but I’ve only waited a long time maybe once. You truly get the full hospital service without the long wait time.

First time I visit that place and I was waiting like 2hr and i go to the reception telling them that I can’t wait anymore and the Doctor said ok you can go, his name (STAFFORD) sorry to say I don’t like him anymore he is not a good Doctor ever I meet

Edit: they always reply all the negative messages saying "we would like to hear.to know.to please". All lies, I already sent them an email with details and photos about my situation, guess how many replies or calls back I got ZERO. NOTHING.they didn't care, they DONT CARE, and never will, autoreply bad reviews are only "old books marketing strategies" to not look bad on internet!

I was just on the phone with the Charge nurse and she just hang off, stay away from this place! They clearly have no ideia what they are doing, they gave me the wrong prescription, I had been calling them for days, no return, you can get a hold of anyone until you beg for assistance, after much trying finally they put me on a call with this RUDE and unreasonable charge nurse that while I was explaining my situation with the wrong prescription she interrupt me and say: "are you done"? What kind of manners is this lady use to? I was being very polite explaining that my prescription was filled with only ONE single pill instead of the entire course of the medication, and the only thing she kept saying was to go and follow up with an specialist for the prescription!? First of all, why nurse practitioner Melissa would even prescribed me the medication if i was supposed to get it in a follow up and not with them? And in my discharge forms given that day that was nothing saying to follow up with an specialist, they were just trying to cover for this huge mistake: what kind of doctor prescribed only ONE SINGLE PILL!
They will only gladly take your money but have no direct organizations, inexperienced staff and very rude.
STAY AWAY, better to go to a real Emergency Room and deal with a 7hrs wait than to lose 1 second with this unprofessional place

Staff was, in the main, very professional and courteous. They get a five-star review.

I went in with severe hip pain. An MRI showed I have osteoarthritis, which I knew. I was told that was the cause of my pain and I should see an orthopedic doctor soonest.

A subsequent visit to the VA showed the pain which feels like a deep bone bruise, is actually a muscle issue. Not related to my arthritis.

I was prescribed pain killers, but got no post-diagnosis consultation. I asked some questions, but felt as if I was being "blown off. " I got no answers.
Very troubling.

Had excruciating pain from a bilateral neck surgery. I was left in pain because I was was from out of town. I was treated unfairly waited over 4 hours to be seen and I was left in pain all night. Not sure if the Doctor was having a bad night and may have been over worked.

Went in for a work injury. Made the check in process very confusing. First visit only a PA would look at me. I was in a lot of pain. Said everything looked okay on X-ray and sent me home. Second visit my hand is worse and I’m extreme pain. Would not drain my finger and doctor looked at me for 3 seconds before walking away before I could even ask a question saying the PA could handle the draining (clearly not). PA didn’t want to do it, said I had to wait 3 days in immense pain to see an orthopedic to drain it and only gave me ibuprofen. Had no choice after that to go to the ER and they treated me like an actual human, drained my finger, and gave me actual pain meds. Said the infection wasn’t even bad enough to prescribe the antibiotics. I will never be returning here. They don’t listen to you, doctor won’t give you the time of day, and they are incompetent and slow. Why they couldn’t just tell me they couldn’t handle a simple procedure and to just go to the ER without wasting $500 and hours of time.

I have been coming here for the past few years. Great place. Works with my insurance. I have always been able to get help that I need over here. The staff is very friendly too. They always have same day availability which makes it super convenient.

Very caring staff, everyone starts working with you immediately and all the tests and exams plus consultation done in one and one half hours. When you don’t feel well and have concerns, you don’t have to sit in pain and then wait for hours to be seen. Highly recommend Guidewell Ocoee.

I must say even I arrived at this facility late in the day they took care of me like it was the first hour of the day. Very courteous at the desk, they promptly took you inside to one of the rooms and they took care of my health and let me know my situation. The doctor the nurses and the technical team took care of me very well. I highly recommend this place.
