The guy behind the counter a young blonde kid fairly new was helpful considerate and much nicer than my last five visits to guitar center Orlando this was in Port st Lucie I'll go back and buy again

Great place. The gentleman that helped us was fantastic. He did try to ouch the most expensive items, he listened to us and we got exactly what ourson wanted and needed. Will definitely be back.

Took a guitar to 2 different stores and got 2 prices $750 apart. Doesn't seem possible but true. Add says 1000 cash but not every store does that.

Both Chuck and George went out of their way to help me finalize the details of my purchase. They listened to my concerns and located a replacement for my damaged merchandise, even arranged free shipping to my home. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for personal and knowledgeable service.

I received first-class customer service from Ken at this Port St. Lucie guitar center. I purchased a high-end acoustic guitar and had lots of questions before buying since I live out of State and I didn't want to buy something and return. Ken went above-and-beyond in providing great information, insight and accurate details of the guitar. There were a few hurdles along the way, but Ken, Carlos and the guitar technician all joined in to assist. I haven't received this level of customer service in over 10 years, anywhere. I can't thank Ken and the team enough - I absolutely love this guitar.

They always have awesome instructors and they actually teach you something! I highly recommend asking for Sam when you sign up for lessons, she is very kind and caring!

Super cool friendly service. I have been to t hi us location a couple of times and have had different associates each time and everyone is informative, friendly and goes above and beyond to answer all of my kids novice questions. I highly recommend this place

Guitar Center is the Walmart of music stores. Come here if you wanna buy stuff. If you are looking for something specific, or want to talk to a musician, you would do well to find a Sam Ash somewhere. Honest.

Robert is SO helpful & friendly! He stayed late to help us place an order on the phone and despite so many setbacks, he stayed so patient and calm. We couldn’t find the exact product we wanted, so he found us another type which was still in our price range.

I don't know why people bash Guitar Center. When I was a kid my dad used to take me to the original store in North Hollywood so that he could watch the crazy people walking up and down the streets and I could go in the store and check stuff out. I remember when I got my driver's license in 1971 and could go there myself I was never so happy. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at the Port St Lucie Florida store. George and Carlos and Matthew and Tommy and Mike are all great people who work very hard to make sure I get the best service, and the best equipment at the best price. I can't tell you how many guitars I bought in the last year but I'm guessing around 10. I know that the industry is tough to be in right now first with covid then with items out of stock and brands that are constantly changing and putting demands on the store, but these guys always pull it off with flying colors.

Good staff! Halfway decent inventory but this may be due to supply chain issues that the whole country is feeling right now. Still, their stocked seemed like lower quality than other stores that I've been to and there is no platinum room for the nice electrics. Still, played some nice guitars and the staff were helpful. The worst part for me were the guitar strings on all of the guitars. Almost every one I picked up had really old and super rusty strings on them and as someone who was shopping for a guitar. It was a major turn off for me. Makes every guitar hard to play and makes it impossible to hear what it truly sounds like. Seems like a huge dampener on how their in store sales works.

Decent experience all together, I'll be back for sure.

Bought my first guitar here around 2 months ago. Brandon helped me pick it and was super nice showing me the options. About a week ago my strings needed changing and I took it for repairs. They did a good job and within 3 days I had it back. The staff is super helpful and friendly, they make you feel welcomed and assist in all questions you may have. Highly recommend!

They don't call it the Guitar Center for nothing there literally hundreds of guitars in there and many many other types of instruments I was going in there for a tambourine and a harmonica!

This place is always inviting and friendly and clean. I always enjoy listening to all the different people turning there style of music into one flowing sound.

They offer a lifetime warranty on their cords. I went back with a bad cord hoping to get it replaced and they took care of it with no hassles! I bought another cord as well! Will do as much business as I can in the future. 5 star service!
