Warning.this pool service is awful. They don't even deserve 1 star! I can't believe that we were paying them money for nothing. I cancelled the service because I started testing our water myself because it seemed discolored and cloudy. All they were doing was throwing chlorine in weekly which can actually ruin the surface of our fiberglass pool. When I took several weeks of samples to the pool supply store, we were shown on paper how off balance our chemicals were. My boyfriend cleaned out the filter himself which was so filthy. We hired the service because we wanted the chemicals to be accurate but now that I'm doing it myself it actually looks clean. Do not throw your money away! Seriously look elsewhere or do it yourself!

Cancelled our service without even notifying me. I actually had to call to find out while I haven’t had my pool serviced in two weeks. They stated they emailed me saying they canceled our service (which they did not do, they did after the phone conversation). They stated the maintenance on my pool was not cost effective with the amount of chemicals it required and water below where it needed to be + debris often was their words, but during our time for over 2 years we were only notified once about our water level being low. They never communitcated via phone, knocking on the door, or email that we needed to take action on things. They made it seem like it’s inconvenience or it’s on the homeowner to clean/keep debris out of the pool. Which confused me because I pay x amount of money for you to clean my pool and make sure everything is running smoothly. At first I was frustrated but it’s probably for the best I’ll happily give someone else my money.

Looking for a pool service? Look elsewhere. I called them because I am paying for full service, and no vacuuming or sweeping had been done despite the tech showing up. I had to clean my own pool on the same service day. After two weeks of this, I called to inquire about what was included in full service and report that I was not getting a portion of what I was paying for. They argued with me on the phone, blamed all of this on me, then the following week cancelled service with no notice, leaving me to look for an immediate replacement for their subpar work.

Horrendous customer service. Don't waste your time here. If they are offerings you cheap service, there is a reason for it. If you do sign up with them, don't have an opinion or ask them for support. You are an inconvenience to them.
