Gulf Breeze Pools and Spas

We had the pleasure of working with Gulf Breeze Pools and Spas for the installation of our Gunite Swimming Pool. The installation process was smooth and efficient. Good weather was on our side and allowed them to finish the project in a short amount of time. Affordable and hassle-free, I would highly recommend Gulf Breeze Pools and Spas for anyone considering a pool installation.

Mike and his team built my pool on Pensacola Beach about six years ago. Everything about the process, from the first meeting through finishing my beautiful swimming pool was simple and stress free. The work that these guys do is meticulous, and Mike is on the job site daily and always available for questions.
That being said, what really separates Mike and his team from other companies is that Mile stands behind his work. This past year I had a huge issue with a product defect on my pool, and after a call with Mike, he went way beyond my expectations, and fixed the disaster at no cost to me. Omar and James were amazing, and took the time to answer questions and had really great solution suggestions. The process was not smooth, only because of the product issues, but Mike, Omar, and James were patient, kind and informative.
I have never before experienced the type of care, quality and customer service that Mike, Omar, James and the rest of the team at Gulf Breeze Pools provided to me (twice now)!

The company did a good job building the pool, but, forgot to put in a slot drain on the house side of the pool, that was specified on the contract. I’ve called and called, they say as soon as we can they will install it. It’s been over a year, no slot drain. Every time it rains hard (every few weeks) we have flooding under our house. I guess I’ll just have to sue the company to get it installed. Pool is nice.

We cannot give a higher recommendation for Mike, Joe, James, and the entire Gulf Breeze Pools team. From dig date to completion our pool was finished in less than 8 weeks! The crew and communication were timely, professional, and did amazing work. The entire team exceeded our expectations in every would. We would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Requested service today and was flatly turned down because they are busy.thanks for NOTHING! Oh well move onto to find a provider that actually wants to work.

Like most, we interviewed many pool companies before choosing Gulf breeze pools. They were the only company that took time to listen to us, and came out to our home to review the site. They drew up the design for the pool and gave us the cost with no hidden fees the same day they visited. They were nothing but communicative and sincere the entire time. All of the hardworking crews, including the pool crew and the pavers crew, were kind and sincere and respected our spaces at all times. To our surprise they even installed fountains! The pool school taught us everything we needed to know. If we need something we could call and they would answer!
