Julie at the front desk greeted us when we came in.pleasant and friendly. Dr Duran extremely thorough with her exam. Took the time to explain everything. Prior to completing the visit she reminded us what our follow up was and hers.

She has changed my life around! My son was 3 years old with my stepmom in the waiting room, while Dr. Duran was setting me up with the new hearing aids that she had felt comfortable for me with how profoundly deaf I am. She did warn me that it was not going to give me much hearing but it would help me hear some sounds. Once she put those hearing aids on me, I heard my son cry for the very first time since he was born, I was able to hear the traffic even if we were inside the building, heard the phone ringing, and heard the air conditioning running. I never once heard any of those things till that day…my dad was next to me…he had tears coming down his cheek, he could not believe it when I looked at him when he said my name. I could not believe it myself either, I thought I was just dreaming but it was all true that I was hearing things. I am very thankful for her and for her to change my life around! Every couple of years I go back to her for an upgrade, and my hearing would improve, it’s a blessing that she takes the time with me every appointment to make sure I am comfortable and happy with where my hearing levels are at. No other audiologists exist like her, or can I say they are fake? !? ! None of those audiologists have the knowledge like Dr. Duran does! Dr. Duran is my lifesaver, she is amazing, a true and real audiologist, and a very honest woman! If you want an honest, knowledgeable, doctor’s and audiologist’s degree, who knows what is best for you and to improve your hearing, Dr. Duran is the one for you! There are too many fake ones out there, they should be banned!

Dr Duran is outstanding. I have been a patient for many years and I appreciate the attention and care she has for all patients. Her education and experience make her the best Audiologist in SW Florida. Theresa bends over backwards to take of the patients and has helped me many times with problems I have caused myself in caring for my hearing device. And don't forget Julie the most personable and nicest front desk person I have ever seen in medical offices. She calls everyone by name and tries hard with scheduling appointments to suit our needs. It is a friendly, happy, well run practice.
