Worse place to deal with. Do not recommend. The owner broke the phone at the bottom to pry screen up and this caused replacement not to seal correctly. Didn’t last a month. Only offered 10% off to try to fix. Go elsewhere as this place is garbage. Owner wouldn’t even call me back. Total trash!
Best prices in town, highly recommend there service.my wife went in to get a screen fix and came out with a new screen, screen protector and a phone case for a cheap price

Excellent staff and services. Mobile Solutions is definitely better than the previous gulf coast cellular that used to be in that location.
Paid $180.00 to have screen replaced. 18 days later 4 days after warranty nothing shows on screen. Dropped off phone yesterday with issue explained. Nothing said about warranty or being charged. Called me for pick up yesterday. I missed call. Called back several times no answer. Arrived at 8: 30 this morning. Have been waiting over an hour for repair technician to arrive. He's going to let me know if they are going to charge me for a factory reset (pushing a couple of buttons). He arrived let me know he had to "screen reset take it off " he didn't do it right the first time! He had to charge me something. Poor management! Terrible customer service! Save yourself the headache go some where else!

Real friendly lady helped me out over the phone to find a replacement battery for my blackberry, so I drove up there and picked it up. Not a bad price, either. They have used and new accessories.

They are horrible! Bad customer service, they have no idea what they are doing and they over charge! They are unorganized and liars! Just find somewhere else to go if you don't want to be ripped off and frustrated. They took 2 weeks to repair one screen and quoted me at 200 then charged me 310. Please just go to cell treasure.
