Gulf Coast Culligan - Pasco/Hernando, Port Richey FL

Have had great service. Luis has been amazing and has even come to help me with an issue well after working business hours due to my work schedule. I have worked with them for almost 2 years now at 2 different homes and have had great water and service!

Roger Witt is the technician with Gulf Coast who has serviced our iron-removal equipment for years, and he is the reason that it is still in good working order.

We own the equipment, and as technology changes, things soon become outdated. He has been able to maintain our system because of his considerable knowledge and experience in the field.

I know when Gulf Coast sends Roger to work on any issues that may have developed, I can count on quality work in a timely manner at an affordable price!

I highly recommend GulfCoast Culligan! They have been amazing to deal with from installation to service! Every time they said they were going to do something, they absolutely came through! They are very professional and friendly, you will not be disappointed!

One week ago, I phoned this office to request a review of the existing 18-year-old system in the house that I've contracted to purchase. I asked for an orientation in it's use, as I'm a prospective new customer. (The owner of the property is out of state, so no instruction available, there.

Obviously, my decision to stay with Culligan rests on their willingness to introduce me to the services they offer. The person who answered the phone informed me that there would be a $90 charge to come out and do this. She offered me the choice of bringing in a sample of the tap water to their office, which is nearly 13 miles away.a half hour's drive. Were I to do that, I still would not know if I needed to replace or service the current installation, which is turned off at this time.

It seems to me that Culligan, which offers 'free water testing', and representatives available 'after hours', should be willing to schedule a visit at some time, from a sales rep/technician to help me decide whether to use Culligan services or go with another water treatment company.

Besides this phone call, I also submitted a request online (I believe, to another Culligan office). And have received no response, despite my statement that I'll be closing, very soon, on the purchase of this property, and information from Culligan is vital. I also left a phone message.

If this is typical of Culligan service, I believe I have my answer: Find a more responsive company.

I rated this company one star, because they DID answer the phone, initially, and offered a test IF I brought in a tap water sample. I would not have given even one star, had I not believed that it's a minimum rating, in order to post.

My wife and I had our system put in yesterday and had a wonderful experience! We did a lot of research ahead of time and found Culligan to have the best water softener and whole house water filter that is on the market. Our tech Zach was such a hard worker, very polite, and extra knowledgable about everything! Zach did an excellent job! We were so pleased with his service. We also had a great experience with the other service man, our representative that sold us the system, Louis, and the office staff. Everyone was always polite and helped us right away. They always returned our phone calls in a timely manner as well. We already notice a big different in our water and are so excited to have pure and clean water for once! Thanks again, we would recommend this company to everyone.

My glasses were water stained and I couldn't bet them clean, rhe stainless steel sink had calium deposits and my clothes were dingy. We had a water softner but it was not working. The Culligan rep Luis Briceno came to my home and tested our wayer. I was shocked on the amount of gunk I was dri ling and bathing in. Three days after getting my Culligan wayer softner I noticed an immediate difference in my glassware, it was clear again! I am so happy with the product and more importantly the coutesy and knowledge of the Culligan rep. I would highly recommend this company and Luis Briceno.

Staff is very friendly. Culligan water is the best water you can have. If your water at home is bad they can help. They have the best water softeners and reverse osmosis system you can buy.

I would highly recommend.
