Gulf Coast European Automotive - Since 1992 reviews
17 If there were more stars I highlight them. I brought my car there on a Thursday afternoon and they had it fixed by Friday afternoon -efficient, courtesy, obviously reliable and the cost was much lower than if I brought it to a car dealer——Thant you, thank you, thank you
FYI I already gave a friend of mine your business card

Found the strange braking issues and repaired as estimated and on time! Can’t ask for better service
These guys are the great.fast friendly professional service. And best of all price is right!
I came in with a problem that several mechanics and thousands of dollars could not fix they fixed it for $63. I highly recommend these people.
Great customer service! I would have loved for them to find out what was wrong with my car, but they mentioned that it was too old (1992) and it would take too many hours ($) to be able to figure out what it is. They told me it would be $182 to review it. They did not charge me since they were not able to find anything.
I am new to the area and hated leaving my previous trusted mechanic in N. Florida. These guys, made me feel right at home and gave me an instant sense of relief and comfort. I had issues with my Mercedes and it required very expensive repairs. Tim gave me a more-than fair deal and really helped me.a lot. I will always own European vehicles and as long as I am living in this area, GCEA will be the only place I take my babies! 2015 Mercedes S63
Nice Staff even though I didn’t get my car repaired here, see them with a lot of customers so service must be good
Avoid this place. Jaguar owner for many years. They charge $200 for diagnostic and recommended an expensive repair that had nothing to do with the problem.
Great service, friendly, competent and very customer oriented.
I highly recommend them!
They really take care of you. Plenty of opportunity to do unnecessary work, and they won't take it. They have integrity. They'll help you make decisions on older cars and they will find the problem.
I feel very fortunate to have found Gulf Coast auto for repairs for my old Audi.
Their prices are significantly lower than the Audi dealership. They are very friendly and accommodating. So far, they have managed to get parts very quickly, and complete my service in a timely manner. I have been very pleased with the several services I have received thus far. I would highly recommend them.
Awesome mechanics! After dealing with my issues for over a month I brought my car here and within the week it was fixed I tried to diagnose it for over a month spent about 1500$ and these guys got it with three hours and their knowledge. I’ll stick to my trade and continue using this shop!
They did a great job. Only did what was needed without the oversale pitch. Polite and faster then expected. Also did the insurance paperwork for me.
I have utilized their services twice in the last year. Once for routine maintenance and once for an issue of multiple codes on our Audi. Both times every person I have encountered has been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are very good at communicating and they know what they are doing! I trust them.
Gulf Coast European is awesome. After months of concern and four other mechanic failures, Gulf Coast didn't give up and absolutely pinpointed the problem with the wheel bearing on our Jag, and replaced the bearing without up-charges or unnecessary repairs. Our Service Manager Brad kept us updated with every detail. We highly recommend them.
$194 for just taking a look and letting me know that the windshield washer pump needs to be replaced. Yes, $194 for 10 minutes to remove a plastic cover and check the washer pump. No comments here.
Needless to say, if they told me in advance about paying $194 for just an "Evaluation of what needs to be done" - I'd go somewhere else.
Post comment in response to the business response: they never informed me about these charges upfront; they just told me to leave the keys and they'll call me.
Another point: their quote (after "inspection") was about $550 (including the "inspection" cost) to replace my windshield pump; the estimated work is around 2-3 hours. I replaced it myself in 20 minutes (I am not a professional!). Hmmm. $350 for 20 minutes? Is it really fair to estimate something that takes less than 20 minutes as 2-3 hours of work? No comments.
