Every time we’ve been there, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was much faster getting in than other places in town. We like the extended hours. I have been asked to hold when calling a doctor’s office. When there are many people calling to schedule appointments or other issues,

This place is a joke. I went in to get them to fax my test report to a specialist and they would not do it so I had to pay for the report and mail it to the specialist myself which put me getting treatment for breast cancer off longer. I have been trying to get these reports for 5 months. I would not recommend this place for any kind of test they are a joke.

The techs are nice and professional, however the front desk staff are rude, unprofessional, unorganized and down right terrible. They also charge $25 for a disc of your imaging for you to take to your doctor. These people need reporting. I would go to the open MRI they never charge for copies or discs to take to the doctor.

Don’t recommend paid 350$ for the X-ray tech to tell us she can’t read the referral chart we brought in from the health department. As a women with lumps in my breast getting my first mammogram it was absolutely uncomfortable the staff was rude gave me no type of direction. & the X-ray tech told me that I would have to pay again if they didn’t get the read. Honestly just want my money back because I went out of my way to go here instead of my appointment that is free at the end of November so that I could get ahead in case it is cancer. Pissed & disappointed.

Don't waste your time with this facility. Staff is unprofessional and do not make it a priority to schedule timely appointments. They will also cancel your appointment at the last minute because they failed to call the insurance company for authorization. Believe the other reviews that talk about their poor service. Also notice that no one from management responds to these reviews or even tries to act like they care about helping the patients that are seeking care.

I was in an urgent situation when my MRI scheduled elsewhere had been cancelled and I was headed to Shands. They bent over backwards to assist me and get my image completed. I am so thankful for them.

Much better experience than the other group in town.but waiting room could use work.very loud. TV too loud and it's often crowded.but kindness of facility makes up for it

Great experience. Able to have late appointment to accommodate my schedule. Very fast check in. Staff were friendly.

The techs are great and make the procedure as comfortable as possible. I have gone here several years for various imaging. For the love of God, get some new help at the front desk. They are always curt and not helpful.

Most difficult, unco-operate staff front desk female staff. Not once have I called and not been told can you hold, expect a 3 min call to take between 20 and 40 mins. Charge $25 for a copy of disc to take to doctors office, when everywhere else is free.

Do NOT go here for ANY services. I went here for years for my mammogram but there was ALWAYS an issue with my referral. Even though my primary sent the referral and I would confirm the day before my appointment, somehow when I showed up for my appointment they didn't have my referral. And the people at the front desk are usually on the phone when you want to check in and rude. On top of that, they request you come 15 minutes before your appointment but don't actually see you for more than 30 minutes AFTER your set appointment time. It's just a very consistent terrible experience all around.

Had a shoulder MRI done, the lady at the front desk was friendly, short wait before the procedure in a nice private room. The tech that performs the MRI is great. He is friendly with a good attitude. A good experience.

I was able to schedule an ultrasound for the same day my doctor reffered me, did some errands and came back. Was a short wait and everything went smoothly.

I didn't want to believe everyone when they said the staff were rude. I thought, "It's been years, so maybe it's gotten better? " Turns out, all the reviews saying they were treated rudely were right.
I went in to get a neck MRI by request from my doctor, and I had to pay over 100$ out of pocket. The front desk lady was nice, but everything went downhill when I met the person who was gonna scan me. She was an older lady with glasses and short hair, and she was one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Aside from a half-hearted, "how are you? " She was dead silent throughout the walk to the MRI room. Once we got there, she told me to sit on the table in a bossy tone. I laid down and then asked her if the MRI felt like anything (this was the first time I've ever gotten an MRI). Her response? "What!? " Yah, a blunt WHAT with a scowl on her face. Who rudely says 'what' when they don't hear someone? I repeated myself and she answered it with no follow up comment. Shen went right back to being silent. Throughout the MRI she would constantly randomly blurt out comments to her partner (who was on a computer in the same room) while giving me an MRI which were very distracting and startling (The comments were just random pointless topics about life). At the end, I asked her if she saw anything and she rudely responded, "Ma'am, I only take the pictures. I don't look for anything. " Why did you get a job doing MRIs if working with patients is such a burden to you? When I left, she said goodbye without even looking my direction. I am never going here again. I'm looking somewhere else to get MRIs.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I at least got my MRI, and the front desk lady was nice.

The Asian looking lady that was working the front was extremely rude and impatient with me. It was my first time here, she didn't care to explain anything. Showed her the paper my daughter doctor gave me to bring here and she looked at it and said we don't take that kind of medicaid and place the paper down without placing it back in my hand and said you have to pay 75 dollars self pay. I looking at her waiting for her to ask me do you care to make an appointment or something, she didn't say nothing explain anything, just said have a good day. I walked out but came back because it's for my daughter.and I asked what do I need to do.make an appointment or can y'all take her now, she said pay the 75 dollars and it's better to make an appointment. I'm waiting for her to give me a number or a card or something, this lady didn't offer or said nothing else and finally I said can I have a card or something. She gave me a card and said have a good day and shut the window. Very rude and I don't feel comfortable to bring my daughter here at all. Will not be back.
