3My family have used these folks for over 12 years. They work hard, and look out for the best interests of my family's swimming pool. Now and then a part needs to be repaired or replaced and Gulf Pools will not only provide a free estimate, but will sometimes give me options as well. Top notch operation and I recommend them to my friends.
They were great when we first started pool service with them. But soon I questioned them about their visits for our weekly pool service. I have been home for a few months and never saw them here. I emailed them to cancel our service. They replied stating their technician had indeed been to our house weekly even leaving us notes on our “back gate”. We never saw any notes. We don’t even have a back gate. They never called or rang the doorbell to let us know they were here. I had read a similar review in my neighborhood chat site but decided to go with Gulf Pool as they were reasonably priced. Always listen to your gut!
