I've been coming here for about thirty years. The units are certainly good, but the location is incredible.

We have been coming for about 20 years for family vacation. We love Gulf Tides and Longboat Key.

The review labels this a hotel, it's not. This is a timeshare with rentals as they become available or weeks to purchase. The area is great, wonderful beach and plenty to do, if you want.

Beautiful, quiet place and very clean! It felt like we had our own private beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Julia is more than accommodating, the room was spotless, access to the beach is mere steps away.

My family and I have stayed at gulf tides many times over the past 30 years. The rooms are spacious enough and the grounds are very well kept and The staff are efficient and helpful. The private beach is never crowded and very clean. Will keep returning for many more years.

Perfectly pleasing studio on a most lovely beach. Use of a bike came in handy for a trip to the supermarket nearby & for exploring the key. The resort offered a lovely lunch gathering. I can't wait to return!

Wow! A great location with beautiful views. Easy beach access with clean large beaches. Chairs, umbrellas and towels provided. Very clean and quiet. Nice pool. Elevator and stair access to units. Friendly staff

A relaxing experience. Room was adequate and sufficiently clean. Staff, maintenance people were nice and accommodating.

The location is amazing. The beach is beautiful. Clear water and soft sand. I feel the room I am in could use a little improvement and more 7 day stay friendly. The size of the studio is okay. But a little more ventilation would be better, like a fan and another window, and a little cleaner. Not able to entertain and have people stay.
But over all, its an okay stay.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Updated kitchen appliances, clean spacious room. Close drive to Mote Aquarium and Selby Botanical Gardens. It was perfect for my 4 day vacation.

A little outdated, the beds were super hard, not firm, hard. It's strange when the pullout couch is the comfiest place to sleep. But if you plan on just using the condo as a home base after each day exploring, it's sufficient. Staff personality is a bit less than welcoming, but they are efficient. It's a great location and the private beach is pristine and never ever crowded. The amazing sunset photo ops are insane and endless.
