I had the most amazing food in this establishment, Joey Aukzana Alana and baby Jasmine are amazing on the grill. And thank you Ogar for always keeping the store clean and filled for all of your customers needs.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Shaq and a gentleman named Q
They were amazing with the customers they got them in an out with a friendly and courteous manner. They actually got slammed at the register so then Joey jumped in to help them with the drive-through. What an amazing team you have at shell.
I can’t leave out Kelsey who always gives me a friendly greeting, and knows exactly what I need when I get to the counter every morning. Frank, thank you for always answering the phone when I need my double egg breakfast sandwich from Alaina. I appreciate you all. Keep up the wonderful work. It’s a pleasure to be your customer! And if you really need some comedy at night, you need to go see Steven he’s always making wisecracks…
By the way, they have about 12 restaurants internally in this facility and all of the meat food is amazing. You have to go there and try it one day. My favorite is the double cheeseburger with french fries. But the Philly cheesesteak is off the chain but if you want it with bell peppers and grilled onions you must ask for it.love GULFORT SHELLS

The whole gas station reeks of cooking oil and you leave smelling like it along with whatever you buy.

So yesterday I stopped in as I normally do, but just to grab a lighter this time I pulled in the drive-through and I waited for him to take the four customers that was at the register. Another person came in, and he proceeded to take them so I pulled out of the drive-through and went inside. Proceeded to wait for him to take three more customers then when it was my turn heater in from the register, and walked away to do something else. Then he returned to the register asking me what was I crying about as if I had not been standing there as you served the whole store then when he got to me you walk off I’ve been going to the store for years now it’s time for me to change my location because I will not shop where I’m disrespected. The fat white cashier was very rude.

This place sucks.they offer drive thru yet after the continously long wait to get to the window they say they are by themselves and cant leave the counter. Why offer drive thru? Not everyone wants to only buy cigarettes and lotto.go across the street to citgo where service is outstanding.

Be careful if you use Shell Fuel Rewards. My receipt printed fuel amount more than sign so I got less off. The station blamed Shell

Handy place to grab a quick snack with a tank of gas. Friendly people, I've been going here for probably 20 years.

I live around the corner from this place so I go all the time. I don’t know all of their names, but they all know mine. It’s like Cheers, but a gas station.
