Please make sure to notify the owner if any issues in the pool and not ignore it just because the vacuum is not due yet. If there is stuff that should be vacuumed then vacuum it and bill back or at least get approval from the landlord. Don’t just walk away and wait for owner to find out.

We have had Gulfstream Pool Care for over a year and a half and have a great working knowledge with the staff who perform our weekly pool maintenance. Brian has been our main tech and is excellent. All questions have been answered competely. He has offered suggestions which we follow and has been very reliable. Thank you for the great service.

Gulf Stream renovated my pool including new surface, tile, and skimmer. The quality was excellent. The crew was knowledgeable and customer centric. Pool start up went flawlessly. After sales service has been outstanding. This company is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I've used this company for 5yrs. They're awesome! Last year I had to have my pool resurfaced and they were great to work with. What i like most is all the customers are on the same schedule, if management wants to do a spot check they don't have to look in the computer to see what I'm sure for. Brian Carter is great! He's new to the company and they are lucky to have him. My friend was visiting while Brian was cleaning my pool and now she's changing companies and hoping to get on Brian's schedule.

I have known Ryan (owner) for over ten years (he serviced the resort where I worked at), about eight years ago I hired his company for weekly service on my pool after having disaster after disaster with a few pool companies. What I like about Gulfstream is that they are responsive to my calls and immediately take care of any issues that I have had, and yes I did have some, but always taken care of. Over the last year and a half I have had an amazing tech handle my pool. Andy knows pools and knows how to keep my water pristine! It is nice to have a steady tech come take care of my pool (he knows mine and know what service it needs to keep the water and chemicals balanced) Andy was off the route for a few weeks and I had noticed a decline in the water, we are so glad he is back servicing our pool. Kudos to Andy! I believe that having a regular tech week after week is so important. I have seen other companies in the neighborhood who have a different tech week. Gulf stream also handles repairs and we at some point will have them resurface our pool. Eric Tomasko

We just had our pool resurfaced. They did everything they said that they were doing to do in the timeframe they promised. Great to work with. We also have them service our pool weekly. Great job.

Gulfstream Pools is a pleasure to deal with. They provide weekly service and always show up on time. My pool looks great! I recently contracted them to resurface my pool along with new waterline tile and LED lighting. They did an outstanding job and the pool looks phenomenal. They also did a saltwater conversion. Kudos to Ryan and all the folks at Gulfstream!

Ryan and his team installed our pool heater and do weekly service. They are professional, responsive and always show up for service on scheduled day between the same time window. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. After three months they increased the monthly fee claiming they hadn't raised fees in two years. In addition, they grossly over salted the pool and I am still dealing with that several months later. I told them about it and they totally ignored it.

Gulfstream has been doing a good job with our pool. Each week they check the chemistry, scrub the walls and tiles, skim and clean the water. Once a month they vacuum the pool. We're very pleased with their service.

Professional and courteous. Great service from the people in the office all the way to the people that actually maintain the pool. Highly recommended.

Miguel is a great, professional, quick and friendly pool cleaner. When we started using Gulfstream, we had a different cleaner every week, that is, if they showed up. We were about to change cleaner. Miguel has restored our faith. Please give him a raise. He goes up over and beyond when cleaner. He always has a smile and really cleans the pool proficiently!

The guys here at Gulfstream Pools came and repaired and refinished my pool that had cracked. They did an outstanding job and created an amazing pool for us. After a month of them coming to care for our pool we couldn't go back to doing it ourselves. Our serviceman is wonderful, kind, polite and always does an amazing job! Thanks!

I had attempted to contact a couple pool companies over the past year about some repairs we needed, adding a pool heater, and potentially updating the look of the pool. None of them were responsive.

When I spoke to Gulfstream Pool Care about it, there was no hesitation. They came out to meet with us within the week. As we explained what we were after, Ryan began to tell us our options right then and there. After he figured out what we wanted (and what was possible), he told us how the process would go from start to finish, including how long it would take to get a quote.

When we approved the quote, we expected to wait a few weeks, if not months. We were so surprised to find out the project could start within a few days.

The guys with Gulfstream pool made quite the mess during the day with the repairs (as expected) but you could never even tell they were there when they left each night.

Best investment ever. We should have contacted them years ago!

This company, by far, is top notch! Always SO helpful and professional! In today's world, they are one of a kind! They always are on top of issues we have and take a personal interest to make sure our pool and spa are always at its best!
