The staff were nice and helpful. The place was clean and the staff were great at making sure everyone was ok. It was busy that day but Chris the instructor was knowledgeable and made our first time for us beginners fun.

I love gun world. The whole staff remembers me and I always get a warm welcome from everyone. Staff is very knowledgeable and they can actually carry a conversation with you without rushing out the door or trying to sell you something. Best indoor gun range I have been too and I have been to most in Broward county.

Great location and very clean and safe range. The Prices could be a bit lower. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Ammo is very expensive, get it at Walmart if possible.

This place has one of the best Range's I have personally been too. Not only are the staff very friendly and helpful, they have demonstrated how to maintain a safe environment while operating firearms as well as class A service.

Staff is knowledgeable always courteous. Range is always clean and their selection of rental firearms is vast as well as their selection of accessories and firearms for sale

Nice place, well stocked but the long range was closed for refinishing so there was a significant wait to enter the short range.

This was my 3rd time at the range here, staff is very helpful and the ranges are excellent. This is were I will continue to go to fire my weapons. In addition, they have a good selection of guns and gear choose from.

I called this place looking for an AR platform pistol and everything seemed great over the phone but once I took the 45-minute drive over here I deeply regretted it. I had the great misfortune of bumping into a tall gray haired bitter as can be guy called Roger behind the counter. What a pompous pain-in-the-ass guy. I can't imagine who had the brilliant of putting this guy in any contact with the public. I asked him a couple of questions about the firearm that I was looking at and he basically told me that he didn't see a reason of why I was asking questions that if I had any more questions that I should just look it up online. Long story short I will never come to this place again nor will i recommended to anyone.

Incredible customer service. Needed help with an FFL proof of license, Kim got the job done for me in minutes. Also, what a beautiful store. Quite a large selection of rentals. Thanks a lot.

Called to check on ammo before making the trip to your store. The man on the phone was super nice and said you had it in stock. Came in about 30 minutes later to buy the ammo and shoot. There was a range wait, no problem, went and sat in the lobby. About 30 minutes later I go check on the name to see how much longer. Come to find out, Dee crossed our name off the waiting list. No telling how long we would have waited if I didn't check on our status. After that, we decide to only buy the ammo and shoot elsewhere. So we ask Dee for the ammo we needed. She sells us the wrong kind, then argues with us that. 44 mag will fit in a. 44 special. Finally we get our refund from a woman, Michelle, because they do not have the correct ammo. As we leave we asked the manager at the door if they had the 44 special ammo (because I called and they confirmed 1 hour prior). And they did have it! Dee didn't want to go check for it in the back. They had a whole case! The whole situation was absolutely unbelievable! We will never be back. For whatever reason, Dee and Michelle, made it clear we were not valued customers.

I come here every week. Sometimes every two weeks. I never have to wait for the range times and they have specials going on sometimes for couples and ladies night which is definitely a good change of ambiance that you usually experience in a shooting range in south FL. The staff is also very professional and kind. I highly recommend this to all of my friends and family.

Highly recommended, Canadians welcomed, rules enforced, felt secured, be honest with your skill level and you will be taken care of accordingly, friendly and knowledgeable staff, hassle free shooting, good rental selection, confortable waiting area overseeing the shooting lanes. I will definetely be back everytime I visit the area

I own multiple guns, three of which I've transferred through this store in the past year. However, two of the employees felt it was appropriate to make unnecessary negative comments towards my last transfer (gun) when I was picking it up last week. I don't care if you work in a gun store, you do not know everything and folks who buy cheap or small guns DO often know what they're buying from research done beforehand. On top of that, plus the high transfer fee, it has come to my attention that this store came out in support of the "no gun sales under 21" rule before it was even signed into law. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO SUPPORT THE 2ND AMENDMENT, NOT ACTIVELY INFRINGE ON IT BECAUSE YOU WANT TO STAY POLITICALLY TRENDY. I will no longer be visiting this location, because of your arrogant employees and outright anti-gun stance. Get bent.

Went in mid Jan.and had a great time at the range.the person tending to the range was really helpful - cleared a jammed rental for my wife and showed me how to reset their target pulley system when i tripped the fuse.my only disappointment was when after shooting a few rentals.the model my wife liked wasn't available for purchase: (its a long drive for me but not for that this would be my goto range. (shout out to Cody for being helpful at the rental counter)

Roger the sales guy in the front is the most nasty, bad mannered person I have seen in my whole life. I cant describe how disrespectful he was. I dont blame the bussiness place but he must be fired right away.
