Guns and Range Training Center, West Palm Beach FL

Just ordered my 6th can with Guns and Range. They couldn’t make the process any easier. From the advice from people like Mike to find the right part to the support from Candice to get it approved, to the ease of the kiosk and then always having a great selection, G&R is by far my favorite local gun shop, especially when getting silencers. Now with the e-form process it’s even easier. Any place can have a bad employee from time to time, but I’ve been dealing with a few of the same people for years and these guys run a good biz. Gonzo and Mike were awesome. Whole staff at least chipped in on something and all were super knowledgeable. As far as fa stores especially in this area, people knock the customer service. Get over it. These guys are actually just real. Maybe they dont like you or they get a weird vibe from you, but those of us who do go for help and appreciate the HUGE selection of stuff they sell, i think its one of the better experiences ive had anywhere on the east coast.
Go to them for all your needs. Dont be soft. These guys are as mom and pop and “friendly” as you should be selling firearms and accessories. Mike went WAY out of his way to write a list for everything I needed to order (NOT FROM THEM but from modlite themselves). Gonzo helped with my finished build as well.

Definitely 5 star's! Not only was I greeted by almost every employee on the sales floor, I was asked by at least 4 different employees if I was being helped or if I needed help with finding something! They serviced my firearm and got it working properly. It was misfiring and now it works like New! Most definitely awesome service! Thank you Alex, for everything! I will most definitely be back.

I would not go to this gun store, simply because of how disrespectful they were. Not all are like that but the salesperson I met, Alan, was very disrespectful. Alan is probably 18, looks 13 and is a wana-be tough guy. He was talking down to me as if I owed him money. He thinks he is tough because he works in a gun store. I don't understand how stores like these operate with such disrespectful staff when there are much better stores within a 40 min range with much better facility, staff and collection. I have been to a lot of these stores, and this one is definitely the worst gun store in sfl, not just from the treatment of the staff, but also their collection is very limited.

The whole staff is in urgent need of interpersonal, and anti prejudice training. I had the misfortune of witnessing it myself, along with a friend. I will not be going back to this place, and I recommend that you do the same.

0 stars. Made me leave one to review. One of the worst gun shops I have ever been to. If you are not police or they do not “like” you, they treat you with anything from indifference to rudeness. There are plenty of gun stores that appreciate shooters that spend money. This is not one of them.

This is coming from someone who bought a gun and a suppressor from these elitist jerks. The 2nd Amendment is for all Americans not just the people you like.

I Had Sid look a few guns to modify them, he was very helpful and professional. I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with this store, highly recommend doing business with them.

Walked in and got weird attitude from the staff. Nobody asked if I needed anything, no hellos or even eye contact even though the store was super slow. Had to finally ask one of the guys for help and he had an annoyed and disinterested attitude even though I was ready to spend money. Started asking him questions about the pistols I'm interested in and his responses were "I dont really know". Then I asked about different ammo and he just went "I don't know they're all good". Very goofy, he's lucky I forgot his name or I'd call him out here for his boss to see. Another annoying thing that I've seen other gunstores do is that they seemingly tuck the price tags with the pistol name in such a way that it's difficult to see. Like why have guns on display if you can't even see the brand/model/caliber? And then you have no choice but to ask the disinterested/annoyed staff about the gun you like. Not sure about the range and maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I'd probably pass on this place as their selection isn't great, the ammo is priced higher than you can find online and their staff seemingly don't even want your money or business.

My first time there and I has a fee problems with my new gun jamming. The staff here was very helpful with my problem and gave me advice to correct it. I was very appreciative for the help and advice.

Over the past year I’ve purchased two firearms from Guns & Range. The owner and his staff are amazing. All are professional and friendly too. I’m sure I probably asked a lot of foolish questions but was never made to feel like an idiot. I might not know a lot about guns but I do know lots about people and the staff here are a team you can count on. I highly recommend them. I’m definitely going back! J.

Great Experience! I bought a gun online from these guys and it was perfect Experience from beginning to end. Every time I called, no matter who I talked to, they were polite and helpful. Customer service is [okay]. Just don't like that fact that everything is overpriced. Took a class with them. Thought I would pay for the class and be done, but then they gave me a surprise ammo charge. I didn't like that. Spent $100+ for an hr class.

And speaking of ammo, I went to buy some from them. $40+ for 20 defensive rounds over there. Went to Gator Guns Archery, got $10 less.

I felt like they took me for a ride because I wasn't knowledgeable.

Came here on a whim based off 2 things: Customer service from the phone call and the fact they had the Benchmade knives in stock. Was helped by John, who made the experience there pretty awesome. He took his time and answered all my questions. Would highly suggest this spot for any enthusiast of firearms. I’ll definitely be back to peruse and shop. Keep up the good work y’all! It shows you care and then some.

Ordered parts on there online site for pick up. A lower parts kit they had in stock. A week and two emails later I decided to call. I was transferred to a woman who admitted she knew about my emails and didn’t get back to me. When I asked for a refund, she told me to never come back to her store! Very rude and disrespectful because she didn’t want to do her job!

Best gun store I've been to in a very long time friendly staff and environment the guys acknowledged me when I went in but dint hover over me like most other places and they have a huge selection to chose from.

WARNING WARNING WARNING be prepared to be have the BEST customer service experience in your life. The staff over there are so friendly starting from top to borttom and my experience with Mike, John, and Leo is what going to make me go back.
