We decided to drop off the car to receive the prepaid oil change & exterior car wash service. We were disappointed when we discovered that the car did not receive the exterior wash that was prepaid for. We did not have the luxury of time to bring this issue up to the service associate bc we would have been late to pickup the kids from school if we did.
We assume the important items that were prepaid for were taken care of during the service visit. Hopefully the car wash was the only oversight.

As for the service time and transport home and back. Excellent.
However, the billing was totally incorrect. We have been paying fir the top warranty coverage for over 1year. The coverage includes oil change and tire rotation. Supposedly this was to include all other items. But we were told alignment was not included. We agreed to pay and sort it out with the coverage underwriter. When ready to pay their were additional charges which should not be billed. After reviewing the account was told, car was bought from Rick Case. Totally False. Was bought @Gunther Used Cars. Where is our coverage? Unsure.
Supervisor Randy stepped in as we were EXTREMELY UPSET. Somebody had doctored our records it appears. Randy found our paperwork in the system. They removed the charges except the the alignment. We agreed to pay. This is the second time that we have paid for something which should have been covered under our policy. On our side we shall have a conversation with the underwriter to clarify. But at this moment we believe we are a victim of a bait and switch scheme. We are paying for bumper to bumper coverage and still wind up paying money.

The service is OK, scheduling is not so long. But for some reason they always end up adding a lot of additionals to the service, or upselling costing hundreds of dollars. I normally go to Rick Case official center and never had this issue, which I already had twice here. I spent $650 last time I went there.

5 star experience at Gunther Kia thanks to my Sales Representative p Manny Pulido. My family and I were greeted by Manny on Friday evening followed by an in-depth overview of the K5 Kia as well as the buying process. After a short discussion we agreed on the price followed a list of requirements like insurance ID, DD214, etc. Knowing the requirements up front allowed me to gather the information and return to the dealership on Saturday Sept 9th. The buying process along with a detailed walk through of the car and its features including setup of Kia Connect took ~50 min before driving out of the parking log (of course we had to take some pics too). Kia Management - Manny is your case study for achieving a 5 star buying experience!
