Attended Tracie Winters Restorative Yoga, I am not athletic and very chubby but Tracie provided a safe and comfortable environment. She has a calm spirit and a nurturing touch. It was very relaxing. The studio was very clean. Looking forward to trying some additional classes.

Absolutely amazing! The teachers are so welcoming. The whole vibe is awesome. I'm so thankful I found this place! If you are thinking about it, do it! The introductory offer is such a good deal.

I love this place! I just moved here a couple of months ago and was nervous I wasn’t going to find a great yoga place, but I DID! I love all the instructors and they have such a great variety of classes and all at different times. It’s super clean too! It’s in such a cute complex too. The owner is so great too. I don’t really know anyone her but each instructor has made me feel so welcomed and they all are such a great group!

I have been practicing here for 6 months and I couldn’t be happier with the studio. I especially like Yoga Flow and Hatha. The classes are affordable and they have a good new student deal. I highly recommend attending classes here.

I have been practicing yoga at Guruv since 2017. The facility is spacious and clean, the instructors are highly qualified and friendly, and it truly feels like home. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

As an update, I am still incredibly satisfied with Guruv. I have made many friends, developed strength and flexibility, and feel such a sense of inner peace whenever I'm on the mat. I wouldn't practice anywhere else!
