Great and timely service. Had a vertigo experience and they show me the exercise that is needed to solve the vertigo

I have been in pain with severe headaches and after a view visits with H2 and there therapy I could tell my headaches started easing up.
I am not saying I'm not having headaches but they are definitely getting better and I would recommend H2 to anyone

My son and I both had physical therapy through H2 and they are very nice. The staff was always caring and they made my sons therapy fun for him! He was always happy to go to therapy well he was happy to go play and giggle with the therapists that is. Thank you H2 for making workouts fun!

Great place to go for therapy! One on one for the most part. They care about their patients and you get the best therapy and treatment!

My left toes were curled and hammertoes. They were painful and causing me not have the balance doing yoga etc. Andrea taught me some exercises to do at home along with her therapy at H2, I don’t have any pain and my balance is much better! I highly recommend H2

Wonderful I always enjoy exercise, dont do much on my own, enjoyed the therapists, all the staff was wonderful!

Great people, very friendly they helped me through surgery recovery and made great conversation while doing it.

Definitely a knowledgeable team but at the end of the day all the physical therapy exercises I needed to do could be done at home. I spent maybe $75 on some equipment and did it at home. Much cheaper than $75 a visit (2 times a week).
My other concern is that I rarely had 1 on 1 time with someone. Usually they had 2 or 3 clients at the same time.

This was a great place to come for therapy. Andrea was my therapist and she was absolutely wonderful, but everyone there was so very friendly and helpful. If I were to ever have to do therapy again, it would hopefully be with you guys.

Staff is curious and work with their patients equallyok I suppose still don't have the help I need for my jaw without having to pay a huge out of pocket expense I can't afford so I have to suffer

First time having Therapy. It really is helping. The staff is so understanding of what my limits are. I didn't know I was so out of shape. Sue

I have nothing but accolades for H2 of Lake City, FL. The entire staff are phenomenal and provide a pleasant atmosphere for therapy. The facility is stocked with the latest equipment to facilitate a positive experience.

I am very pleased with therapy experience at H2 i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to go to physical therapy. Everyone there is vvery knowledgeable and friendly and does their very best to make you feel comfortable and yet strives to help the patient succeed in the areas they need to.
