Everyone is very professional and all have a great sense of humor from the Receptionist to the Director and all the Therapists between. I had great confidence in the Therapists and am most satisfied with the results. I actually looked forward to each session because I knew these people really know their profession. Without any reservation, I hghly recommend H2 Health at Middleburg.

L. Buschle was compassionate and positive while helping me to reach my health goals. She explained my treatment plan by using medical terms that I was able to understand. Laura consistently asked about my comfort during therapy. I will refer family and friends to Ms. Buschle.

Therapists and receptionist were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I went from having constant pain and hardly able to sit, stand walk or raise my arms to having close to no issues. I injured my back causing bulging discs. Give them a try!

Excellent physical therapy business. Lots of therapists and very knowledgeable. Amy was exceptional targeting my areas of weakness. Amy also showed me some very useful exercises I can do on my own at home. I highly recommend this business.

Friendly staff, clean! I went in for pain, numbness and tingling of right arm. Teo did my initial visit and was very thorough. He took his time and listened. He gave me neck stretches to do at home. Second visit, a week later, Teo assessed my neck again. He did some manual therapy on my neck and had me do some very specific activities at H2 and at home. By the third week, third visit. No pain! No numbness! No tingling! I can’t thank Teo and the staff enough. Absolutely the best! And for Dan…Go Penguins!

I am so very thankful for Mrs Laura at H2HEALTH in Middleburg. When I started therapy, I was unable to do a lot of activities with my right shoulder. I had a lumpectomy. I had been compensating that that right side and using my left arm for everything. With the aid and physical therapy exercises, Mrs Laura got me to a place of 100% with my scar incision and help me strengthen my right arm. I am so thankful that Mrs Laura pushed me and gave me the knowledge of how to make myself better. Our running joke was… Mrs Laura always “hurt me so good”. I can move my shoulder, and the incision by the wonderful hands of Mrs Laura, my scar tissue has been broken up. Once again, I can’t thank Mrs Laura enough on how she has truly blessed me and help me through this healing process. In closing, Mrs Laura educated me on the importance of keeping up with my exercises that I can do at home to help me with my muscles and scar healing. Thanks a million Mrs Laura.

All of the therapists are really friendly and helpful. I enjoy pt even when they are pushing me hard, trying to get me better.

I had therapy twice a week for 6 weeks. The entire staff was amazing to work with. Any time I need therapy in the future, I know where to go.

Staf is really nice, very professional and following their guidance has let me to feeling better. The place is always clean, never smells.
