H2o Systems Inc, Elkton FL

Shortly after moving into our new house we discovered that our well water had a problem with sulphur and rotten egg smelling water. We called Kevin at H2o Systems and we are really happy we did.

Kevin has a depth of knowledge on the specific types of water problems in the area and suggested a filter for us that would mitigate the problem. He made our filter using a special blend of media specific to our water, didn't just order up a cookie cutter, one size fits all filter.

I would highly reccomend if you have a problem with your well water to call him, he's extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and very reasonably priced. He's a water doctor!

I must admit than getting Kevin is not easy but he is not a phone operator and he is super busy. Keep calling until they answer and let the magic begin. He drilled a well 6 years ago and i have only a small issue. He came quick after knowing about it and solve it fast. He is the man, he is the best.

I can't say enough good about Kevin and his crew. He is an old fashioned tradesman who knows how to fix what's broken rather than just replace it. I've had them out twice. The first time he charged me like $250 to fix something the other guy wanted to replace for thousands. Second time was an emergency no water situation and again he fixed the problem with stuff he had on the truck instead of telling me I needed a whole new system. It may be a little hard to get ahold of him, but it is so worth the effort!

Kevin is the man! If he doesn't answer the office line just call his cell or text him like his voicemail says.

Did not understand what is needed for a basic well inspection for an FHA home purchase. Called another local company they knew what was required and how to do the job.

Never returns phone calls. If you are that busy just have the office say you are backed up. Don’t have the office tell customers that you will call right back because you never do.

I hope that you all understand how back up he is and how he can't set on the phone he does all the work himself and he cares about what he does east coast owner does none of the work and send some young kids out to your house if you want a quality job sometimes you have to wait on the best.wait till your pump goes out and you call east coast a 5pm your not going to get them to come out Kevin does 24 hours emergency services! Sometimes he is hard to get maybe he is drilling a well and that a all day job with a machine that can hurt you he does not need to be on the phone and its loud. I feel bad that you could not but I am laughing my face off that you called east coast you will be sorry lol

Kevin was really great, and despite him having a family tragedy, he came promptly and fixed my pump for a very reasonable price, and he was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Five stars here, and I will call him any time I need pump/well service.

H2o systems is a class "A" operation, The owner of H2o personally came out and repaired my water softener. He found the problem, replaced the parts and the system was back up producing wonderful soft water. H2o systems has the knowledge, patience and equipment to get the job done right the first time. I previously called the installer out to repair my system twice. I was charged for the visit both times and both times the system was left non-functioning.

Another flaky well company. Told me two weeks they their phone doesn't answer. Left two massages, nothing. Glad I didn't have them do the large job they missed out on. Getting service from them would have a problem. Call East Coast Well. They answered and made an appointment quick!

Kevins company did an outstanding job with my new well and pump. He was prompt, clean, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions.
They arrived when they said they would. They did an excellent job and they made sure my property was cleaned up afterwards. As a local, I highly recommend H20 systems. If you have any questions shoot me an email.

I have to agree with Brandon Miller, I have tryed repeatedly to get H2O to come and discuss a well for my house to be totally ignored! Very frustrating!

They are impossible to get ahold of. I understand being busy but Kevin promised several times he would get back with us. I would never and will never do business with H2o wells. Customer service absolutely sucks and not reliable at all.
