Today I was at Haagen Dazs, and Yamila served me and wow I was shocked by the excellent costumer service she gave me, seriously everyone is an excellent team and they always make me a very delicious coffee.

Yamila helped me today and she was truly excellent. She is very kind and always has a very nice attitude, she always makes you want to go!

Every time I order from Uber eats to my apartment that is literally next door. The shake comes melted. Also spilled all over the tight bag. It’s not the Uber drivers because the bag is too tight for it to spill as they bring it. You guys are doing a terrible job at making these shakes. Do better.

My sister ordered 1 single ice cream at a häagen dazs stand at Bayside. The lady came a absurd price of 12 dollars for one single ice cream. When my mom asked if the price was right, the last behind the stand talked to my mom with the most rude aditude possible. Insane! 12$ CRAZY!

My son didn't like caramel milkshake, and we comeback to there for exchanging it with lemonade. They didn't accept it and laughed more and more

Ice cream was good taste like usual. However the wafer was not crunchy and was soggy. It tasted like gum and I couldn’t bite any of them. My capuchino was very dark and no foam at all. The prices were very expensive for the quality of the coffee. I paid 3.80$ for a capuchino that tastes horrible! Must improve the quality of the wafer and the coffee. I will recommend to train people to make capuchino.
I will come back to see if they have improve the wafer and coffee.

The Cuban lady I don’t know if she was the boss or owner of the establishment was so rude to me when I asked for my refund after finding a hair in my ice cream TWICE! Never coming back here again! And prices where to high!

Not sure what happened but we bought yesterday cappucino with vanilla ice cream and had bad stomach issue: (

It is a small place, a little complex to understand where to order and where to pay with the little space and people. The quality of the ice cream is very good. Some clerks are very friendly and accommodating. Others seem to have no desire to work.

Excellent ice cream parlor and cafeteria with the option of going to a very nice internal patio to relax outdoors.

I recently visited this Haagen Dazs in Brickell City center and while the ice cream was okay, I found it to be a bit too sweet for my liking (dulce de leche). However, the service was quick and efficient. My main concern was the high prices, which I found to be unreasonable. I paid about $45 for 3 ice creams; I can get about 10 pints of ice cream at the supermarket for the price I paid.

Overall, if you're looking for a quick ice cream fix and don't mind paying a premium, then this location is fine, but if you're on a budget, there are better options out there.

The service is good. Ice cream is delicious)
The coffee is horrible, is water. Is almost American coffee…. Don’t drink the coffee!
Stick to the smoothie and ice cream.

Worst haagen-dazs I've been too, gave it 3 stars just cause one girl was nice. Over charged me and wouldn't refund, iced Americano was served in a hot drink/paper cup (which immediately starts falling apart) with very little ice or added water- asked for room for cream WHEN I ordered. Was handed the drink with lid on and walked out only to find no cream. Went back in and they said they didn't have any. Why not tell me that when I ordered as I would not have bought one. Badly run operation with no care for customer experience. Manager was the worst.

Horrible! No respect whatsoever. Specifically said allergic to nuts and they put nuts all over the milkshake. Asked to please make a new one and the girl rolled her eyes and tried to scrape it off instead of making a new one.

Very good treatment, a clean place with a variety of offers, I liked the quality of their ice creams.
