Habitat ReStore Clearwater

Nice products but high prices for a ReStore - priced as if items were new from a store. Granted some items are in boxes, but obviously don’t come with a guarantee or ability to return if the product doesn’t work

Very large store with furniture, huge variety ofhome improvement products many new in boxes. Also a great place to make donations. Habitat for Humanity is a great charity to support.

I found a great buy for $20 this morning. I only have use of 1 hand but the kind Gentleman loaded my buy into my SUV

I used to be a fan of the Restore. Yesterday was rather disappointing. There was no one at the register for an hour. I tried to ask a few of the people wearing Habitat Restore shirts. They quickly disappeared to the back when approached. One of them went to the register area, but said he only drives a truck for them then went to find someone from the office.

That woman was.unhelpful, condescending, then went back into her office. So I stood at the register for another 10 minutes after measuring the piece of furniture I wanted to buy. No one came to the register at all and no one was in the front office near the register like they sometimes are when not out front.

Another customer that came in before me was looking for someone to help her, too. She remarked as I was about to leave that she couldn't find anyone either. She was waiting near the front when I came into the store!

They lost 2 furniture sales. There may have been 2 other customers walking around in the entire place, so they weren't busy.

They recently closed down the location closer to me (again) so I was down at the Ulmerton location. It's no longer worth the drive or the time it takes to repair and clean the furniture and fixtures once purchasing them at the prices they are charging if this is how it is going to be.

I've volunteered with Habitat quite a few times over the last 20 years and will often check their stores for items I am looking for so I can support the Restore and Habitat for Humanity's local efforts.

I will definitely stop recommending people go to the Restores in this area. I now understand why others have said they no longer bother to go there.

I would have given only one star, but as a fan of Habitat for Humanity (everywhere else) I couldn't bring myself to do that.

Found a door to replace one that leads to my back alley from the yard. Reasonably priced at $25. Great finds for all sorts of household items.

We picked up a glider rocker with foot stool for $40. Can't complain! UPDATE: June 2022 Bought a nice dining room table w/six chairs for$145.

Not real impressed. Was looking for screen door for greenhouse
Only one and no price on it. Asked an employee and was told 75.00.

Saw some window screens and asked him price and was told 10.00 each.

Then i saw sticker with 5.00.

Staff does not seem to know what the prices are.
Not sure it is worth the trip.

Too expensive I'm a single mother everything was priced like new.sad needed some work on my home and it was my last option

They have lots of used building materials if you're remodeling or building a house you should definitely check this place out

A young man named Bart assisted us in our journey looking for supplies for our remodel. Professional kind helpful and knowledgeable. Will seek him out on our next visit. Very refreshing

Found exactly what we were looking for and the prices are great. Not to mention that profits from the sales go towards habitat for humanity which builds houses for low-income families, veterans, families, etc. The manager Danielle was fantastic with assisting us in getting what we needed. She actually suggested another item that we ended up buying two of and they were fantastic. All the staff was helpful and Danielle, the manager is the reason for the staff being so great. She was amazing. I recommend anybody that's looking for stuff for small projects around the house to give this place a look and if you need to donate anything this is for a good cause

I’ve always had a good experience at the restore. Kind and helpful employees and Very nice goods. I’m still looking for a high-quality bedroom suite and a few other items I can’t afford since I was ripped off by a moving company that lost or destroyed most of my belongings. I’m sure I will find some thing at the restore.

I was luck enough to find the door I was looking for I understand that's not there fault consider myself blessed. Thank you habitat humanity for having what I need. Iove your store it feel good to give a little money for a good cause.

Bought a bed king. Brand new, people were nice. There's alot you can buy cheap and brand new. Tile, mattress, hot water heaters. Great Idea.

I went in the store looking for Glenn. I WAS TOLD he retired due to health problems. My friend told me Glenn is at fluff retail for rescue on Seminole blvd and he is fine. Shame on them for not telling the truth

I love the quality and convenience of good quality times and the fact that they preclean the items gives me a peace of mind about bringing it into my home
