This company should be ashamed of itself for how it has become. First, for a high end company they need to have a Sales Manager that is more professional and not high all the time. I was shocked to smell and see a Manager, at that, as high as a kite. Representing the family business is distasteful and embarrassing! Second, as for the product, I say it is overly priced and sold under misrepresention especially with the St Croix and Jerusalem. I have had feedback from other clients and the St Croix at times are being sold as
Jerusalem under false misrepresention. This is not the only place you will find these products so don't be fooled. The turnaround time is just misleading and received confirmation when I heard the Sales Manager speaking to a colleague about all the mistakes being made, again unprofessional and not something I wanted to hear. This company was Excellent a couple of years ago. Now it's shameful and the staff… completely new and lost. I don't make many reviews but this one was a must. No one deserves to get ripped off.

Desmond has photos on his website that are not his work nor his product. He blatantly takes photos from other websites and posts them as his own. I would call that theft. Buyer beware. Desmond is a liar and scam artist.

Desmond was wonderful.came to my property within a day of my call, was incredibly nice and helpful, and his team completed a driveway project for me within a few days. They did a terrific job! Highly recommend! Had used another company which did not set my very large limestone rectangles properly and they had cracked. I would 100% use this company and recommend them to anyone.

It might sound crazy, but when I walk into the Haifa showroom I experience the same sense of awe and desire as I do when I go into an Apple store. The array of precious stone choice is incredible, but more importantly, the workmanship and customer service is second to none. From top to bottom, it's a thoroughly professional operation.
