Ithe person that answer the phone won't give me a Roof estimate to repair dryer that air blower won't heat.heater.she left me so hopeless after the conversation that I deside to go somewhere else.she is not a dales person for sure

Following Hurricane Ian, we called Haines for AC repair. They responded quickly. Technician was competent, professional, and friendly. Got our AC running at a very reasonable cost. Thanks, Haines!

Misdiagnosed problem. Indicated that I required a replacement of a faulty blower motor. Cost est was $920. I refused estimate. Tech. Left premises leaving panels off of air handler. I reinstalled panels and powered up unit to find it was performing properly. I suspect a RipOff Haines billed me weeks later for a service call at $130. They are not worthy of payment for this attempted robbery.

The technicians sent to my home on two different occasions were pleasant and knowledgeable. A+ My only complaint is getting the invoice before the estimate. The installed part was excessively overpriced and I was never notified before the installation. Manager disagreed with me. Thus, require all costs beforehand.

Purchasing the Residential HVAC & Appliance maintenance contract from Haines AC & Refrigeration was the best thing I've ever done! No matter what time of day or night, if there's a problem, a service technician will call you back and come out to your home to fix it. This past Friday, the starter on my condenser "died. " The technician, Gene called within 10 minutes of my call to the answering service. We did some trouble-shooting on the phone, at which time he asked me to turn the unit off. He offered to come out that same night, but since it was dark and late, I decided to wait until Saturday morning. He promised that I would be the first person on the call-list for Saturday morning. At 8: 15am, Gene came to my home and replaced the part. This is not the first time I've had to call Haines after hours. Late at night the A/C was stuck at 81. Only company in Bonita Springs to answer the phone after hours. Tech came out immediately and solved my issues. Very appreciative!

The office personnel were kind and prompt, my service Tech 5257 (forgot his name) was very professional. I called ahead as I had asked, on-time and did not try to pitch me on something I did not need! He offered professional advice about how to save the unit and that a particular part will be needing some attention soon and to keep an eye on it during my next few service appointments. The service was extremely reasonable and necessary prior to what will be one HOT summer!

We hired Haines A/C to help fix an emergency duct failure in our older home for full replacement. We had a newer AC system installed a few years prior (by another company) and they never warned or advised us of the potential problems that would come. Our older unit was installed by this other company (who shall remain nameless) and was oversized - mismatched as well from the compressor to the handler and caused moisture to get into the duct, and ultimately leak into the ceiling.

Haines came out, designed the ductwork, and started right away. After the initial install, there seemed to be some anomalies (not Haines's fault at all). Upon further investigation, Haines discovered all the issues that came about because of the prior company's poor and mismanaged installation.

Haines made sure to get everything adjusted, explained everything to us so we understood what happened, and how it all came together. Everything is perfect and working as it should now, thanks to Haines A/C. We were happy with how they worked on this big project, we even went ahead and signed up for their yearly maintenance. I know it's a small thing, but we just want to show we are loyal to companies that show professionalism and integrity in this very competitive, albeit sometimes shady, HVAC industry.

Excellent customer service, techs misdiagnosed my refrigerator and I felt I should get a refund. In speaking with the service manager. He was able to fix the problem and gave a partial refund. I am well pleased with this company.

Needed new AC System, received a very reasonable quote, made appointment for installation. Went to work on day of when I came home I wouldn't have noticed anyone one was there except, had new AC System blowing cold air. Exceptional Service & Price, everything you could ask for without asking! Signed service contract for 2 checks ups per year with all repairs, service appointments and labor paid for, for the next 10yrs. Very satisfied with whole experience and 10yr warranty.
