They did a fantastic job on my back bumper from a fender bender. Thanks Gary, Bob and Jeff. %

I recently had a car accident and was stressed out by how long it was going to take for another shop to repair my car. A friend of mine recommended Haines for their speed.

Gary and his team took care of my Kia with great care and did it quickly. I was back on the road within days. I would highly recommend Haines Road Collision for your collision repairs.

Here goes. So, I needed a personal work truck painted. A friend of mine had just had a fairly extensive repair completed here, for her vehicle. Gary and his team had did fairly good job on it. As a previous body shop guy I would give it 9/10, which was good enough for the work vehicle, for me.

The vehicle I took here was getting a (minor) complete vehicle repaint. Meaning same color with doing the best job possible of getting the dents/dings out without removing accessories or doing jambs, to keep cost down.

The price was right and as aforementioned I had just seen some work he and the team had completed. Moving forward with the repair, I was told the job would only take a few days (originally), and I would have by the weekend, if I dropped off on by Wednesday (it was dropped off by 12: 30PM that day). When I did drop it off the "ready" time/day changed (loosely) to the first of the next week. (My head.no issue for me, I would prefer the job done right and not rushed). Exactly 1 week later the vehicle was FINALLY ready. Again, no issue, the job was done right.wrong! Upon picking up the vehicle I immediately noticed issues/flaws 10 ft back from tailgate. Upon getting closer both doors had obvious blemishes and the hood.most frustrating, one could see the (un) sanded grit, as well as feel it. This to me is unacceptable. The vehicle was there for exactly 1 week from drop off to pick up plus 2 hrs. This should have never happened!

I called Gary to arrange to bring back for a wet sand on only the hood. We scheduled the next Thursday. I confirmed several times and I texted him one last time, the night before around 6ish PM to confirm. It's a go! I get there, he's not ready for me or forgot and wants to know if I can leave it. Hell no! I just drove 55 miles (1: 20 mins/multiply that x 4 with 2 days of loss of work) to get here in I-4 traffic. He apologizes, which, at this point means absolutely nothing to. I took a day off work, drove an hour and confirmed. We reschedule to take it back the next week. I can't due to work, but we figure it out and my mother takes it. She reaches out to confirm. He states he "forgot" and sent his crew home, because it was slow and can she leave it? WHAT? The second hell no! She's firm, as she has taken her day off this time. This is a one hour job at best, why WTH do we need to leave it. It's literally no wonder they are "slow"! I had 2 kayaks, a bike frame and CRV to get paint here. The 'yaks and frame he knew was on the menu. NOT A CHANCE that this shop will get another item/vehicle from me! LOOK ELSEWHERE! The savings isn't saving with all the lost time and work!

The positive: Gary is a pleasant, laid back guy (maybe too much) and he corrected the issue on the second trip over after the original paint job.

Gary and his staff are professionals in very sense of the word! The over perform every time we shed folks to them. It's the "old fashioned" way to really help clients! The work they do is FIRST class!
