This is the most amazing salon I have ever been to! Dili has so much experience, talent, and doesn’t disappoint! Every time I come I feel welcomed and leave happy! Even if I don’t know what I want, Dili always helps and recommends what would look beautiful. She actually cares about the state of my hair and how I am feeling.

Wow. I don't even know where to start. Dily is a great professional and really takes care of you so you can get the hair of your dreams. I have been to many places in Miami and she is the best without a doubt. She treated my hair with so much care and above all passion. He is a lighting and extension specialist. I won't let anyone touch my hair after her. 10/10!

First let me just say these reviews have to be bought. No one is ever in this salon and the reason is because the owner and sole employee is never there. Impossible to make an appointment and if you by chance get one good luck if she shows up or comes hours later. Went In for hair extensions a week later they started falling out and she also cut my hair with a thinning sheer and did it way too short so i have all these short pieces bangs now. I tried to call her to see if she can fix her work for almost a week and she just keep giving me the run around and barely responding. So many good salons in Miami don’t waste your time and money on this one.

If you are looking for a place where you can have the confidence and security that you will come out successful with the work done on your hair, this is the best place. 100% recommended

Bought and installed my hair extensions with Dily and honestly they have lasted soo long. I’ve been with the same hair extensions for over a year and they still look beautiful. I’ve had extensions for years and every 6 months I would have to buy new hair but Dily saved me from that! Definitely recommend doing your hair extensions at Hair Charms Studio!

Wow I have to say such an amazing experience everything! Since the moment I came in she greeted me so amazing! First I had seen her on Instagram and I Dm her and send her pictures as I always do with every hairstylist… but he experience was so different she asked to go see her for a consultation so she can actually see my hair… that was the first time someone ever cared to even look at my hair before throwing a price… all I can say is wow she was amazing I totally recommend her and she leaves you beautiful! My hair came out superrrrr gorgeous! I’m in love with my hair! Definitely recommend
