I came in for a regular wash and blowout, no straightening or curling, and I expected my service to cost $25-35. I have wavy hair to the middle of my back. They charged me $56 for my blow dry service and explained that it was because my hair is “long” which felt totally disproportionate. I even came back after leaving to double check that I had been correctly charged. I paid more for a blow dry than I have ever paid for a wash, cut and dry. I feel completely ripped off and won’t be stepping foot in this salon again.

The first time is also my last, for sure. I could have given myself the same really bad haircut and saved $ 26.00. I got home and it was pointed out, that's a very bad haircut, I understood then, why she never showed me the back of my head, time to find a different barber.

Excellent Professional and knowledgable Staff. Tina has great skills to perform any duty and care of your hair. Love the atmosphere in this salon. ️

Luis Orlando was amazing, check in / out was a breeze. He made my 11 yr old feel special and cut his hair to what he liked. Definitely coming back next time. Luis Orlando is very busy, apmt are needed.

Had to pay $150 to dye my hair black on my short natural dark brown hair. Prices are ridiculously expensive.

Schedule an appointment for 1: 15pm around 11: 00 am. Arrived at 1: 00pm on 11/1/2020. All employees busy but none say hello. Waited 30 minutes and yet none acknowledged customers waiting.
Finally spoke to one of the employees and I let her know I have my appointment for 1: 15 with anyone available.
Employee asked another customer that was waiting in the lobby before me if he was to get a haircut too.
Then the employee proceeded to ask who arrived first.
The other customer didn’t have an appointment was just a walk-in customer.
I asked the employee on what is the point of making appointment online if they are not going to recognize the appointment.

I decided to leave since the employee said that she didn’t have a clue either.suggesting to call the manager that was not available.

Really unhappy with this location and the whole staff that never took a second not even to make eye contact or say hello none the less hold to the appointment list.

Friendly staff, very clean, spacious, everyone followed safety guidelines, haircut came out great.
