Marie cut my hair again today and as always she did a fantastic job. She really pays attention to details.

Leann is the best hairstylist and nicest person. She knows exactly how I like my hair cut and she always does an excellent job. The hair products she recommends are also great and affordable.

Leanne has done my hair coloring for many years. My hair always come out perfect. I would never go anywhere else. Anyone that needs hair coloring should request Leanne she does an awesome job. Keep up the great work!

Awesome location. I needed a haircut at a moment"s notice and got it.
Miss Leeann is great. I showed her an old picture of a previous style I had and she duplicated it in less than 15 minutes while listening to my crazy plans about becoming a millionaire.
Prices are reasonable for a chain salon.

I went in to get a full hair color and a cut. My husband wanted me to get a specific color (dark reddish brown) so he came in with me and talked to the stylist Marie and told her that he wanted the color to look natural and we wanted to maintain the length of my hair when doing layering cut.
When we started she came in with color.so I asked her what color are you using she says it's black, when we clearly told her that I wanted full hair color with dark reddish brown color. When I showed her the picture of the color I wanted she said no your husband said he wanted this (he only told her that the color should look natural). I told her that I am here and I am telling you this, she is like no. She starts coloring my hair. So I told her to just to root touch up. She even got the color wrong my hair are dark brown and I never did black on my hair but she being the expert couldnt figure out and got the black color.
Then for the cut I told her to tell me what she is gonna do with my hair (I was so disappointedthat I didn't even want to get my hair cut by her). Again the same old your husband said blah blah. I told her that I am here and I am telling you what I want and I asked her to tell me what she is doing with the hair cut she acted like she didn't listen at all and told me that she is not gonna cut my hair in layers and she jusy cut some one or two inch hair and said my hair cut is done. I am very disappointed with her service and that I had to pay all that money for nothing Communication is the key when it comes to this services and if she cannot figure out what I want when I am sitting and telling her what I want then its very disappointing.
What was supposed to be a makeover for me after having baby turned in to a bad disappointing day.
I went in after looking at reviews but was very disappointed by her service.it was complete waste of my money and time

Wash cut beard trim
Upon arrival confirmed services and payment method, when called was told can't do beard trim because of governor orders, got quick trim then told was full price almost $20 for five or ten minutes work difficult to communicate with non English speaking staff still no beard trim done and told could not put tip on charge needed to upcharge total bill what a ripoff and waste of time

Great place to get your haircut the staff is very professional. The store is very clean and the stylists are very good I recommend this place

Very disappointed that Dorothy does not work here anymore. I went in and asked for a partial balayage and what a disaster was that.first the “balayage” was poorly done and looked horrible especially the back and then I was charged wayyyyy more than it says online (I know it depends on hair length and she had to put on a toner but it was a lot) especially since I didn’t even get a blow dry or styled cut. I paid and left but HAD to return after really looking at my hair. Luckily she was able to make it look a little better, not 100% fixed but better. She was nice about it and didn’t charge for fixing so there’s that. I don’t think I’m ever going back though. I honestly wanted a refund but am bad about asking for those types of things. The lady who did my hair was Michelle.nice lady but just don’t ask for a balayage.

Dorothy is tops, I only have her do my hair. Today I found out that the shop on Oakland in Sunrise next to CVS where Dorothy works is closing permanently, I hope this is just a rumor.

This place was awesome! Dorothy was especially amazing! She's listened to me and knew exactly what I wanted. She's a magician! Definitely reccomend seeing her for haircuts.

Very good food, especially the burgers! It can get a little busy but that's to be expected in a place like this, service is good so the wait usually isn't long.
