I went to get my hair cut, colored and styled yesterday 9/15 at the Hair Cuttery located off Merrill Road. Asela was my hair stylist and she did an amazing job on my hair. It's been over 6 years since I had my hair professionally done and was skeptical when I saw her because she was young. She took her time and made sure my hair was exactly what I wanted. If you want your hair done correctly, I recommend you ask for her. Thank you Asela I have gotten raving reviews on your hair artistry!

Walked up on a Sunday at 3: 30 with the personal sitting in a patrons seat and an OPEN neon sign lit up only to find the door locked. As I'm looking online for other times the lady opens the door to say we are closed! You are forever closed in my book!

I took my daughter as a walkin for her back to school hair cut. She came home with a rat tail and a very obvious and unblended attempt at layering. She absolutely hates it and we will be finding somewhere else to fix it.

Although I am not a current customer or have ever been to this place. I was actually looking for a place that cut men's hair and perhaps offer a new hairstyle since I have been getting my hair cut from the same person for 20 years. I am providing a rating of a 3, not good but not bad. Based on the reviews, I have decided not to try this place as it is already challenging enough for someone to cut my hair and do it to my favor. Perhaps I will check back in a month or so to revisit the reviews.

Salon is way too small for the amount of stylists. Children were running all around the salon while I was there. Also, the stylist who cut my hair obviously had a lack of experience with men’s hair cuts. I called before hand to ask if someone could do it and they said yes… they should have told me no. Stylist needs her clippers sharpens or oiled because they continuously pulled my hair the entire time. I will say her customer service was great and she caught the hint that I did not want to talk during my appointment. Def will not be going back ever again and pray that someone tells that poor girl about her clippers. Men go to SportsClips, you’re better off.

Jacob was incredible. He was patient with me and completely understood my vision. I can confidently say that this is the best my hair has ever looked.

All I could say is just try to be a little nicer to your costumer who hasn’t really had an experience in a salon doing hair color/highlights- I am a little lost when it comes to these but was going to try the salon and ready to spend money with generous tip but got disappointed; maybe don’t book doing color or highlights late in my opinion. I understand the reason why it could not get done but try not to make your costumer feel like she’s stupid coz I was already feeling lost as it is. Nikia is very sweet and try to accommodate my schedule snd she has a very good costumer service skills, in the other hand the other person should do some more training in customer service. Thank you Ms Nikia but will not be going back to this location again.

My hair stylist was very helpful giving me a new hair style. I showed her a picture and she did great.

Do not go here extremely rude and inconsiderate. Took an hour and a half for men’s cut just left sitting in chair for an hour to go talk to someone then very rude when asked to cut shorter when finally got back didn’t dry or blow hair off just shoved me out with wet hair and hair all over me
