SHOUT OUT! AMANDA (she did my hair), VICTORIA, STEVE, LUCY, CLAUDIA! This location blew me away with how amazing my hair turned out. I started off at the Ocoee location where I was turned down immediately do to the red in my hair and NOBODY there that felt confident in starting my platinum journey even though I had booked this as an appointment and they should have known ahead of time what I was coming in for. Amanda however took her time even though I was a walk in and Claudia always came by making sure I was good and giving a helping hand to Amanda when needed. The whole salon is such a good vibe with laughing and everyone talking. The day before new years I was very shocked to how slow it was when there’s such talent. If you’re looking for a trustworthy salon with people who care this is the location you need to go!

Update: We tried to go again and it was still a disappointment. Plus now when you’re driving on the main road you see all the stylist out smoking. I’m all for them having a break but on the main road seems strange. I’ve been taking my boys to this location since it opened. We’ve never had any major issues but since the pandemic it’s totally changed. The other day I took my son and the stylist (tall blonde woman) didn’t say a word to him. She just scowled the whole time. The haircut was fine but the personality of the stylist was not great.

I have to say we had a great experience, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

My daughter and I went for haircuts on a Saturday afternoon. We called ahead, and they were able to schedule us to come around an hour later. Kim cut my daughter's hair, and Lucy cut and styled my hair. Both did amazing jobs. My daughter and I are delighted with the results. The establishment was clean and well kept, and all of the stylists were friendly. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return.

This location is one of the best ones. Tamara is my stylist, travel from Davenport to see her every two weeks

I went in with brassy blond hair and grey regrowth. Lucy did a great job toning the color and gave me a trim. The salon was clean and tidy and checkin/checkout was quick and efficient.

After my hair stylist for 15 yrs retired I tried other stylist but was unhappy. Today I took a chance and made an appointment with Leslie and am happy to say I am very pleased with her service. Apart from her professionalism she was very friendly and put my mind at ease. She will definitely be seeing me again. Thank you Leslie you did not fail me.

Was quoted $50 for a simple cut wash and blow dry. Nothing extravagant. Then went to pay and it increased to $63. Why? When I asked I was told they only had that button. I didn’t get anything but a simple 1in cut, wash and blow dry. No deep conditioning or anything fancy.

Very disappointed in my daughters haircut… it looks like two completely different lengths when up in a ponytail which I didn’t realize until I got home. It was a dry cut. I had to go back in afterwards to show that it was uneven when down… which he then fixed standing in front of the door. Didn’t even take us back to sit down and assess the situation… Will definitely not be going back. Beyond Disappointed.

Stylists always work together to benefit clients' experience. They are professional, quick, and most of all talented at their craft. I prefer Kelly, but all stylists are great. They keep a history of colors and cuts used, simplifying future visits.

Jamie did a great job with both a hair color and cut for my hair and a wash, damage treatment, and cut for my daughter's damaged and knotted hair. My daughter has special needs and Jamie was very patient and accommodating working with her to help her get the style she wanted and overcome her anxiety. It is difficult to find a really good stylist at any price, but she is terrific and I am glad to have discovered her!

Really disappointed today. I made an appointment online with Victoria. When I showed up, my name wasn’t in the system. I showed them my confirmation text and email and she told me there has been computer issues, and that she was finishing a guest and she’d take me after. Well I waited an hour, watched people be taken back by other stylists, and when she was done, she asked if my name was something else that wasn’t my name, I said no and turns out that appointment she thought was me, was someone else so she said she couldn’t actually take me now. Everyone else was busy and I couldn’t wait any longer because I had a babysitter. I took this time to get my hair done for my sons first birthday and I just feel the whole situation was treated very poorly. I’ve worked in many salons and never have I witnessed lack of empathy and customer service. I’m the most patient person too! I walked out in tears. Management should really train stylists on what to do in these situations, rather than let someone visually upset walk out with just an “I’m sorry…”. Nothing was remedied.

I am very happy with Lynnie's service. She did an amazing job on my daughter's hair. She communicated with me and my daughter which I appreciate because it made her feel like a client and not just a kid with her mom. I will definitely being using her services from now on.

I used to go to this location frequently to work with Jamie specifically. In October, I went in and told her I wanted my hair short and I wanted it straight across, she’s said okay and started cutting. When the hair cut was done she said and I quote “I know you said you wanted it straight across but I tapered it instead. ” At first glance, I thought it was whatever but for the last three months I’ve been so unhappy with my hair and the service. I’m not sure why she decided to do her own thing when I asked for something specifically. I hate how my hair is growing in and there is absolutely nothing I can do with my hair that I like.
