I had a relatively bad experience with getting my haircut there. The person who was cutting my hair had other things to do and on three occasions during the haircut walked away to take care of them leaving me waiting. The haircut itself was poor. I will not be going back again. Unfortunately I gave that person a $5 tip. Would never do that again.

I truly love this Hair Cuttery. All of the hair dressers are so nice, friendly and talented. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this hair salon. Try this place, you will not regret it

Stacy cut my hair she did a great job and I absolutely loved the shampoo that they used when she washed my hair. Definitely need to go back to buy the shampoo set.

Very happy with my service. I love my color and I like my cut. I'm not happy that I had a coupon and it couldn't be used. This is the second time it happened now, once with my daughter and once now me. I also tried to contact to see if they could fix my layers to a more dramatic look like I had asked, but nobody got back to me. The people are skilled and very, very kind. I'm just annoyed because the prices are way way off. Instead of saying "prices start at $119" you should be sure the toner and all other fine print is in that price because if I had paid MAYBE $20-30 more than expected, I'd be okay with it. But $100? No, now I'm not so happy. And a simple 10% off coupon could have been accommodated if really wanted to. Either way, aside from these experiences, my stylist was very knowledgeable, very kind, very thorough. I think she was great. Her name was Milly. The coupon thing was not her fault nor the price increase. That was Hair Cuttery.

I usually take my kids every month for a haircut. They usually get a very nice man who works there and he is nice with kids. I just went today and this woman Daisy I think is her name.she was extremely rude. She told me that she could cut my daughter's hair in 3 mins but it wouldn't look good. I couldn't believe that she was saying that. Never again.

Very nervous to get my hair cut but they understood and it was a very relaxing and such a beautiful cut and blow dry. Will go there from now. Caroline did an amazing job.

I went in for just a wash and conditioner since I had foot surgery. The owner and everyone there and especially Karen who washed my hair were all extremely accommodating. My hair feels wonderful, and I just called them back to inquire as to the conditioner that Karen used after washing my hair since my hair was tamed and soft, unlike the conditioner I use which makes my hair frizzy.
I highly recommend this salon
When I am ready for a haircut I will return.

Perfect haircut. I arrived without an appointment and was seen right away. My stylist Karen was excellent. Price was fair and overall a very good experience I would recommend.

Went in Friday, April 7,2023 for a single process color and partial highlights. My goal was to get rid of a previous color that was growing out. I wanted to go back to my natural, cover old grown out color, and color my grays. The website says “single all over color”. I have now found out that all over only means the top of your head. When I questioned the stylist she said she told me this. Absolutely not true because I didn’t just want the top of my head done. Then she proceeds to take it upon herself to apply a toner. While I am sitting with the toner in (leaned back with my head in the sink - not at all comfortable), she has a conversation with another employee bad mouthing me about how she told me and that I agreed. If you are going to bad mouth a customer make sure they cannot hear. Also you might want to get your facts correct. My hair was last done in a reputable salon about a year ago - not at home. It didn’t bleed. It was red that has been dulled by time, washing, growth, and it is red dye. It doesn’t hold very well. Oh, and she charges me $25 for the toner which I didn’t agree to. So now I have the gray at the top of my head covered. Gray streaks running through (visible if I put my hair up), old faded color on the bottom, and highlights that might have looked really good if they didn’t blend in with the faded color. Now I am stuck with the faded until my hair is either long enough to cut it off or I go someplace and color my whole head again, which means spending more money to correct what they did. $164 down the drain. My hair looks like a junk yard car.

I went in for a wash and blow dry; my stylist was Bonita she is so wonderful and made me feel like a million bucks! Go to her please the other staff was rude. I’ll definitely be back I highly recommend Bonita:)
