Hair Cuttery reviews
16Suzanne was amazing! She fixed my very damage hair and took her time.everystep of the way was communicated and such a joy to chat with an amazing hair stylist.i got the $114 single value package totally worth it.the environment and everyone there is amazing! And this is coming from someone who always does my hair at home scared of salons.thank you again
I got lucky and my daughters had Suzanne. Cutting a 3 and 5 year olds hair isn’t easy and she did an amazing job. Very caring and sweet couldn’t ask for my girls to be taken care of any better. Highly recommend booking any child with her and if she’s this good with taken care of kids I can only imagine how good she will be with an adult.
Great experience Sarah does better with my hair than anyone I have been to since we moved here.
Sarah was outstanding! I came in with challenging bunch of hair and left with a great cut and style. Sarah was professional, courteous and friendly! Let her do your doo!
Haircut got botched. It looked trash but she sent me away and gave me her business card. Definitely not coming back. I've heard good things about Bradly though, if you're a guy I would recommend going to him if you want to try this place out at all.
Sandra does an amazing colorist job - adapting to the situation. She is customer focused and a wonderful conversationalist.
Had to get my sons hair fixed last minute. He is on the spectrum and we have not stepped foot in a salon since he was 2 he is now turning 6. I was extremely anxious and nervous about how this was going to go down and Suzanne was nothing short of amazing. She was patient, soft spoken matched his energy and made it fun for him. We will be repeat customers thank you so so much!
Staff at Hair Cuttery, LPGA and Tymber Creek are always very friendly and professional. The stylists always do a very good job. I highly recommend this business and stylists.
Jeanne does a fantastic job with my hair! She listens, offers suggestions, and delivers the level of service that makes me look forward to the next time.
Had my haircut with Sandra she took me on time.great conversation an a great haircut.thank you sandra ialways make my appointment in advance every 3rd week on Sunday and never a wait
Haircuttery Latitude is one of the best. Sarah the manager is fabulous and brings to the shop super skills and styling experience, so lucky to have found her.
Jeanie washed and cut my hair and did a great job! Loved the salon and will definitely be back!
At first I was worried about getting a hair cut from a man because the last time I did, it turned out awful. Bradley was actually the best stylist I've ever had. He answered my questions about my concerns and provided feedback on how to address each one specifically. He also offered product recommendations for my hair type and concerns, without trying to push me to buy anything. Bradley was super nice and left me feeling better about my concerns.
Tried to swing by as a walk in to get a quick mens haircut and they wouldn’t see me. They said they could get me in tomorrow but they had 3 barbers just sitting in their chairs playing on there phones. Will never come back to this location again.
My son and I came Saturday morning around 11: 15 AM. Attempted to get your kids basic haircut cut a receptionist walk to the front three other employees in the back only one customer in the store getting her hair processed and was told and stated I could not get my son’s haircut. I would need to come back at 6: 30 pm. Do you guys not do welcome walkins in between appointment times? Can you not work on another customer while a customer is being color processed? Employees just waiting for the next apt not able to help a walk in?
Terrible. Even for a Hair Cuttery. My hair looked like it was cut w a dull butcher knife. They have no idea how to blend fade or taper or texture men's hair. It appears they are limited to Bob cuts, dying and layering 50+ women.
They are also lazy. I've walked in several times w my kids to get a cut. No one waiting. 2 people working. 1 person with a customer and they check their schedule book and are like"oooo we have an appointment coming up not sure I can fit you in" and ask me to schedule for another DAY! Not even the same day. You're a hair cuttery, not Vidal Sassoon. If I'm a scheduling I'll go to a real barber or Salon.
Another time I asked for a taper for my son and they just shaved the sides of his head off and left clipper burn on his neck.
This place is good for silver foxes who want to pay $15 for a $5 hair cut. Absolute terrible experience each of the 4 times I've been there. Will never go again.
