Hair Gallery Salon and Day Spa of Cape Coral

Needed a hair cut while on vacation stopped in Renee did a great job. Which isnt easy to do I left happy and would go back. I noticed a few reviews with price concerns the prices are low compared back home and its a salon not a barber

My husband scheduled a spa day for me two weeks in advance. The morning of the massage, french manicure, and hair style, they call him 15 minutes before our appointment as we are about to pull in and say that they cannot do it. Because the girl who does the nails had to many drinks the night before and is puking in the bathroom. Our whole morning was completely sabotaged and when we spoke to the owner. She said all I can have you do is just do the massage in two hours and then come back on Monday for your nails. Really? Wow? And I told her I can't take off work another day and she says "well what do you want me to do? Why don't you own a business then and have it done"? I cannot believe she talked to me that way. Never again will I go there not tell people to go there. This is sad that she cannot handle a situation that is not our fault.

I just left the hair gallery and had a wonderful facial with Lily! She always takes good care of my skin and has a lot of experience. I wouldn't do my facials anywhere else, but with her. I love the hair gallery! Everyone is very professional and kind!
