The owner is very friendly very good customer service and she carries a lot of organic products and she has the brats products

They are never open and very rude! Customer service sucks! My wife and I were very upset with the way the lady handled us. We are black and wanted to support black owned. Shame on them.

One of the worst hair stores that I've been to. And I definitely try to support black own business. But this is one that you do not need to support because every time you come or call you get an attitude. There's no customer service just rudeness. And the sad thing about it is I tried to give them another chance so I called them to see if they had a certain brand of hair, and the person that answered the phone was very rude and nasty, and when I asked to speak with the owner or a manager, she acted as if she didn't hear me, this store and the people who works here definitely needs a lesson in customer service if they plan on owning a hair store. Which is never open.

Terrible service! Be sure not to take any pictures of something you may want. Very rude and will not be back.

I was refused service and told to leave this business because I take pictures of the hair and text it to my daughters before buying to confirm I getting the right curl and color. Again I repeat BEFORE I BUY. But I will happily take my
money somewhere else. So much for supporting Black Businesses

I visited Hairtage Roots Beauty Supply today, and the selection for black hair was amazing! April was very helpful, greeted me with “Happy Black History Month”, and the prices were comparable to the other beauty supply stores in the area. The store was clean and well organized. I would recommend wholeheartedly buying from Hairtage Roots!

Bought hair today from this store. The lady did not give my girlfriend what we asked for. When we went back to get a refund on unopened sealed hair she refused to give a refund and walked my girlfriend out of the store. She is rude and disrespectful do not shop here.

I have purchased several times from this store and always happy with my purchase. Very convenient and nice to be able to get everything I need in one place.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. I - as a business owner of 4 different retail businesses, and prior was a district manager IN retail - it’s the worst possible customer service and refusal to give me information on a $500 purchase. This attitude and level of disrespect came from the owner of the business.
I would NOT recommend doing any type of business here.

Best place to go, to get a beautiful wig, or hair colors, hair treatment, and accessories for your hair and earrings.
