Hales AC, Tampa FL

The actual service itself of the warranty work was excellent thusfar. My only reason for not 5* is the communication was not good. I was promised call backs that I didn’t get until pressed. But the service itself excellent.

Luckily I got Scott as my tech, he serviced my mom's recently and she was adimate that he was the best. Mom was right. In all my yrs, I've never seen anyone come close to his performance. He's calm and thorough. He spent a lil over 2 hours for just my annual maintenance. I've seen techs gone usually in a half hour. He checked everything. Lastly, he found a problem part that should be replaced and now while I'm in warranty. I could not be more impressed.

Cody arrived on time. He explained the service he provided and recommended ways to better maintain our A/C. He was courteous and professional. We will use Hales again.

Very professional with installing the AC and questions after. Extremely helpful. Switched from Climate Design to Hales 2 yrs ago and very happy we did.

Called hales AC because I've used them before. The technician came out to say say that I needed to replace my unit. I called hales again to get another tecs opinion (it was the same tec) again i need a new unit. Called a second company to get another opinion, low insulation in my attic. Had it blown and AC is good as new.

We were grateful they were able to get there quickly and fixed the problem quickly. I did feel they were upselling many things that were nice but not necessary to get it up and running. The thermostat he installed was severely over priced for something I could have done if I were there for close to nothing. He kind of used fear to try to sell us things we really didn’t need right now.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Hales. They were able to provide service in a timely manner. Even though we had an issue after the first service call the second technician came very quickly and corrected the problem. We will definitely use this company again for our air conditioner servicing.

The air conditioner needed a new motor. Had to call another company right after they were there.

I’m happy with my new HVAC system and feel secure with my warranty and future service from Hales.

I couldn’t be more pleased w the service we received. Cody the technician arrived in a timely fashion and was smart, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and courteous. We fixed the urgent issue and notified us of some issues that may arise in the near future based on his assessment. He returned the next day to fix those issues. We are beyond pleased and highly recommend! If there was a 10 star option I would choose that.
