Dr Newstrom and her staff provided excellent and quality care during my visit. Dr Newstrom took her time to explain everything to me. She is very knowledgeable and up-to-date with her practice. It was a surprisingly good visit.

This was my first time having an eye exam in years and my first time getting glasses. The entire staff was friendly and made sure I knew what was going on and answered all of my questions. Thank you!

Dr Haley is very knowledgeable and very caring. Thank God I hadn't had my eyes examine in many years! I really only went in for the examination after having my Health and wellness examination. My doctor said that I should. I felt that my eye sight was good! Thank God my sight is good! But Dr Haley found on the examination that I needed prescription glasses only when I read. I read a lot so this was a great finding for me. She is a great perfectionist and knows her craft well. I gonna keep up with my visits with her every year.

Everything was explained in detail, and I was even shown a picture my healthy Retina. I'm 63 yrs.old and was told that the condition of the Retina reflects your general health. Also Nell and Alex at the Plantation Florida branch are the best!

Dr. Newstrom and staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Alex is always extremely helpful and patient with the whole process. Customer service all around is outstanding. My family and I have been coming to this optical Target for years and will continue based on the customer service and great deals.

Dr. Haley is a very good professional, she explains very well why I have the different sympthoms and do a great job during the exam.

Dr. Newstrom is exceptional. She was very clear and detailed while explaining the changes in my vision and the outcomes of my in office testing. Her staff was friendly and efficient I went into my appointment on time and I was out in under 30 minutes with all my questions answered and a better understanding of my current vision issues.

This was the first time i’ve ever had an exam that went so fast (in a good way). Check in process was amazing as was all the workers, including Haley. She took the time to explain things i didn’t understand or know, she didn’t make me feel like i was over asking. Really pleased with the service here.:)
