This Doctor has the rudest receptionist ive encountered, they cancelled my last new patient appointment as my insurance uses this office, I rescheduled and wrote it in my date book, i call to call to comfirm and she says i never made an appointment. And when i tried to reachedule she wouldnt let me amd said the next appointment is august! Hahahah she was really mean.

Absolute worst physician’s office I’ve ever been to. Staff is completely incompetent. They constantly lose paperwork, and can never find anything. I’ve been waiting three months for a referral for a girl with spina bifida. They give incorrect appointments and then blame you when you show up at the wrong time. They are rude and disrespectful. Front desk staff likes to talk about the patients in a negative way while they’re sitting right there in the waiting room. Clinical manager is a total C-word who just makes excuses for the staffs constant errors and inconsistencies. I’m fed up with trying to deal with there in aptitude and I’m looking for a new pediatrician.

I have been going here for 8 years but I will now be looking for a new doctor. I need to take a temporary medical leave from work because I am having health issues. So I saw a Dr Vega and need him to sign a paper for my medical leave. I have been waiting a week and a half and he still hasn't done it. They have no compassion. They don't care if I lose my job because of them.

The worst place ever. Over an hour and a half wait… so far, while holding our child the whole time who can not be fed before his surgery while milk is leaking from his mothers breast.

I was a patient there for 10 years and i just moved last year to Missouri i have no insurance i dont have a dr. Here for at least 60 miles or a dentist they refused to have my dr. Sign a prescription request for amoxicillan i have 2 very bad tooth infections on each side of my mouth guess ill be not eating till they stop hurting or till i die from it and im used to calling in my scrips anyways so i dont haft to waist my dr. Time and the lady that i talk to laugh at me over the phone idk whats so funny about when i told her i moved to missouri and she said u moved to Missouri u need a Missouri dr.like i still have a florida id and i never told them i was moving. So i should still be on record i still havnt got an offical Missouri id and laughing at someone when its not a joke is beyond disrespectful and u should never erase a patients record that they did surgery on i have 2 metal plates 12 screws in my bones in my left arm that they did and ehat if i needed to access my medical records in case of an emergency now i cant cuz they erased it and its only been a year since ive been there cuz i visted the emergency room there in june of 2021

I have been a patient here for many years and I have never had a negative experience. The staff is warm, friendly and professional. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen. Dr. Burns treats me as if I'm his only patient. I feel heard and never rushed. I can tell Dr. Burns listens to me beyond my words. He is tuned in to me as his patient. From his compassion, kindness, his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect. This office, staff and doctors put on a masterclass of how to treat patients and how to run a doctors' office.

My fiancé has been a patient at this office for quiet sometime now. The doctors are very kind and express in a caring manner their actions, but the front desk assistants (mainly ms Danielle is EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL) there is a certain level of professionalism you are to use being in cx service as well as being in that position for a drs office that she does not display as expected. She has no problem mocking patients and being unkind with her actions in person and or on the phone. The demeanor she displays is traumatizing to this kind of practice.

Initial evaluation is extremely thorough.
A program is then tailored to meet your individual goals while taking into account any physical limitations you may have.
Amie and Pete are both very knowledgeable in their field and are warm and welcoming too.

2/27 Today I had a visit at the same Center and want to say “THANK YOU”! To the one lone person at the Front Desk BECAUSE it was at the end of the day and many of the doctors and staff members were leaving. She was exceptionally patient and Good Natured about being left with patients and remaining work.

Did want to mention that on 2/13/2020 I had another good experience with a new female doctor in training that was very pleasant, fast and efficient but did not see my Primary but another doctor was still available if the assistant needed anything, but everything went well.

And several months Ago I had the pleasure of meeting another new Doctor in Training. I will call him Mr. K. He was very sweet as well as polite and professional in helping us. Hope I see him again to say Thank You, again. Please stay sweet and caring don’t let yourself be swayed. IN THIS WORLD we will always find someone that may be jealous and will want you to join them in their less than Professional behavior. You can’t go wrong if you ALWAYS Remain Professional!
Please accept this as a compliment. Best wishes to you.

Also want to mention that a Picture was requested to be taken, which, after some hesitation, I ok’d it for medical reasons “ONLY. ” It I am sure they will all respect my privacy also. As a Nurse I realize the importance of studying doctors seeing the real thing rather than just from books. I hope it was helpful.

And the antibiotics that were prescribed last afternoon have began to work already as you can see by my being more relaxed already. I guess that could be another lesson for all of us, don’t wait too long to see a doctor.

2/26 Recently spoke with one of the Managers, Colin Johns, regarding staff and he was very nice and very polite, listening with a caring attitude. I was very happy about that. He made me relax immediately with his soft spoken words. Just wanted to thank Mr. Colin Johns and the staff there for their professional manner and for always trying to make me feel that they have time for me even when they are super busy.
Thanks from an old retired Nurse “that has been there” I am in your corner, nursing and trying to be everything for everyone isn’t easy.
So I want you to know, once again, that I do appreciate your kindness. Best wishes always.
