Halifax Health Keech Pediatric Neighborhood Care, Daytona Beach FL

I have always had a nice time there when it came to her doctor Andrew Halpern but when it comes to the actual office staff they are full of it. I had to reschedule my daughters doctors and I not only called ahead of time but when I rescheduled the appointments I showed Up and my daughter was seen each time and then when I called this morning on 9/26/22 to schedule for her next check up they told me I was discharged due to no call no shows but they were wrong because I already went to the rescheduled appointments. So I filed a complaint and a grievance against them for not correctly informing me and then rescheduling me and discharging me due to their negligence

Andrew Helphurn is great! He's is really thorough with my newborn son and supper playful with my 6 year old daughter! He's funny and straight to the point. He's definitely done a great job filling Dr. Thorps shoes! My only complaint is that they will not fax or email my daughter's physical for school and I live far so that's super inconvenient.

I have to say how much I love this practice. The ladies in the front office were lovely to talk to and helped me so much w/ answering my questions prior to making an appt. The were so helpful in trying to expedite the process of getting my children's medical records sent over from their prior pediatrician's office. I was referred to this office and they were given rave reviews so I was really hoping I would like the doctor. 30 seconds in, I knew that Dr. Halpern was fabulous, I absolutely love him and wish he could be my doctor. He was great with my son, he understands him, he has a lot of experience with kids on the Autism Spectrum which is very helpful and needed. My daughter will be going there soon. I have only been here once but I LOVE IT!

We love the staff at Keech! The doctor is very attentive and thorough with referrals. The front desk associates are always very helpful, and I became very close with the nurse Julie, as her Realtor!

Keech Street Pediatrics is an all around wonderful facility. Lashante and Lisa, at the front desk, are more than helpful and extremely pleasant and ready to assist with anything I need. Dr. Halpern is a wonderful physician. He speaks to the children in terms that they understand and his sense of humor puts the kids at ease. Everyone is extremely efficient and thorough. I am the guardian of my grand nephew and niece, 5 and 3. DCF placed them with me 3 years ago. Our case worker made an appointment at Keech Street for the kids to be examined. I knew from that day that as long as I have the kids, which will be forever, that's where I would be taking them for their healthcare.

Love the clinic people are great love the nurses love my doctor but that parking lot is horrible I have children that I bring there that’s constantly tripping over stuff trash debris all over the parking lot this matter needs to be fixed very dangerous

Hands down the best doctors office ever! The staff are amazing and dr halpern is very thorrow and listens to everything! Both my babies go there and my new born coming in September will be going too! Thanks so much for everything you do!

I love this place. It’s amazing! Lashante and Lisa are the best and are always very helpful. Julie is very pleasant and informative when she is asked a question! I love the fact they hand out books to promote reading at home! Soooo love this office and have been coming here for years.

The clinic was clean, accommodating, staff was friendly and professional. Andrea, lactation consultant, was amazing and so very helpful. I highly recommend Keech to any parent. Thank you kindly for everything.

I called twice yesterday and today for a nurse to talk to about one of my twins being Constipated and I keep getting sent to voicemail.

Sunshine Health assigned this provider b/c it shows as available in their system, however, neither office in Port Orange or Daytona will take my child as a new patient, and I quote from the P. O.office "we aren't taking new patients b/c they don't pay us. " They should not be listed as taking new patients in the system if they are not actually taking new patients b/c I just wasted an afternoon switching providers and now have to start all over again.
