I am writing this review on behalf of my mom who recently went to see Mr. Cuesta PA-C about upper back pain that has been fluctuating between a 3/10 and 10/10 for the last few weeks. She was requesting medical leave from her place of work in order to get proper treatment, rest her back (as her work is very physical) and avoid further exacerbation of the problem. Mr. Cuesta PA-C only got her an x-ray and based off of the results, stated that there was nothing wrong and that she could return to work, would not grant her medical leave, prescribed Meloxicam (a pain medication- great so now she’ll be pain free for a couple of hours and just do more damage) and granted a few PT sessions. All while her back is still in extreme pain. The service she received with Mr. Cuesta was unacceptable, he displayed no sympathy- because he wouldn’t even SEE her, he used a mediator who walked back and forth relaying messages, didn’t fill out the form that her place of work requested that the medical professional fill out for her, and dismissed my mom’s pain saying that after a few PT sessions she should be back to normal (my mom is a very healthy woman who already sees a neuromuscular massage therapist for her back pain, clearly the problem is much bigger than a few PT sessions, which has done nothing for her in the past), he granted 2 weeks off of work only after my mom started crying (which doesn’t help the work situation because 2 weeks off without medical leave puts her at risk for losing her insurance). As a medical professional myself, I am extremely disappointed in the service that she received, especially after seeing her come home in tears of frustration and pain. Your job is to serve people, to listen to them, and to provide quality care, all of which my mother did not receive. Don’t bother responding with an automated message about how sorry you are that the service didn’t meet her expectations. Do better, and believe your patients when they say they are in pain.

He is the best. He is kind and thoughtful when I go to visit him I feel comfortable to have a conversation with him and he talk so I can understand exactly what he is saying. And his personality is awesome.

The visit with Dr. Mckenzie was good. He made me feel comfortable, provide detailed answers and explanations to my questions. I appreciate that he did not seem rushed though the office was busy when I visited.

Enjoyed the quick, availability of appointment. The professionalism of the staff, and physician. Environmental view was clean and presentable.

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Borja. I have had bad experiences with other physicians, and it was good to have an experience of being treated with professionalism and care. Dr. Borja and his staff made me feel that I was in safe hands! I am truly grateful and I appreciated the Dr. ’s willingness to answer all my questions, treat with efficiency my health issues, and for an exceptional experience.

Highly recommended! My husband and I have been patients of Hallandale Medical Center for the past 18 years. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, amazing doctors! They always find a way to go the extra mile to make sure all of our questions and needs are taken care of. Now, being new to the Medicare world, we are very happy to know that our plan is part of their network. We will be able to continue coming to this office for years to come!

This is one of the best clinic I've been in my life. Finaly a place where you are threated like a human being and not a cattle. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and welcoming! They had no problem taking care of my medical for my immigration appointment.

I had the most pleasant patient experience of my life with Ms. Abboud today. She was professional, delightful and asked pointed questions to get down to the cause of my medical issues. I was seen quickly and taken care of in a timely manner. I left with thorough instructions and couldn’t have asked for a better visit.

As I have already expressed these marvelous medical team exerts on making each one of their patients a happy "camper". They've been treating my mother (97) for over 2 years, my father for a year now and they have been so excellent that I decided to become their patient to. Awesome!

This place is amazing so clean. The staff are very friendly and they know you by name. The doctors are all great. I would for sure recommend this facility to anyone. I personally drive 35 minutes just to go to this place. 5 star service

Every single one in this facility has been meticulously chosen for their professionalism and interpersonal skills. Their Medical Team from Dr. Borja, Dr. Ciurea, the nurses, lab technicians and Pharmacy Dept Wilmarie Rivera, the referral ladies Grethel and Stephanies, all the way to their receptionists, and last but not less, Dalilah Cambranes their Insurance Verifier who lead me to this Golden Mine of Health Care Clinic. The best place I've been to ever. Come and see for yourself.

Stay away from front desk clerk if shes no help.made a complaint and got everything answered plus refund for the convience.room full of people in the waiting area listening.

Lady at front counter sucks in service.asked her a question and she told me to wait an hour until she comes back to answer my question from her break.going somewhere else.waste of time.
