5The valet service is awful. I stayed from several nights at family in this building and had to pay so much money and spend so much time and hassle with this very unneeded service.
Absolutely terrible rude head of management, if you have kids - stay away from this place. Everything is old, including herself.
I visited the Hallmark building in order to go into the dental office of Dr Andrea asap! She is very pleasant very knowledgeable and I have been dealing with that office for many many years so does my mom and my husband! She recently administered for the second time Botox into my face and is an excellent administrator! As I have used that product for over 20 years and she is one of the best I can't give her enough compliments she's Pleasant she's efficient and reasonably priced
Pros: Surprisingly well-kept. Lobby is cleaned very nicely. A lot of amenities, such as pool table, common room area, gym, swimming pool, sauna, etc. Very friendly security.
Cons: Very rude management and office staff.
On November 18, my car was scratched in the parking lot of this building. The security service refused to assist in identifying the vandal, citing the lack of camera footage on the day of the incident. Be vigilant and know that there is no service and security there! You can pay, but they won't help you when you need help!
