WORST EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY! Heather is disgustingly rude and they will lose or damage your freight.

They do not answer the phone, and do not return phone calls, I have called 4 times over the last two days, and gotten no response. I am trying to schedule a delivery, but can't get through to anyone.

They scheduled delivery for 11: 30 am and never showed up. I tried to call all day only to get a full voicemail box.then they called around 10 that night wanting to deliver. I explained no one was around at that time of night. The lady Heather that called was extremely rude and very short. I will not buy anything from any company that uses these people for delivery from now on.terrible company with terrible customer service.

This is hands down the worst air freight company in the world. If there was the ability to give 0 stars that would be where they'd rank. They never respond to emails or phone calls. However, if you are lucky enough to reach the customer staff Heather is the most miserable customer service person on EARTH. These people don't care about their customers or their concerns and it is made obvious by the way the speak to you. Do your self a favor and avoid this company at all cost.

This company is horrible. We ordered a vanity through an online retailer to be delivered to our second home in North Florida and they contracted with Hall's Airfreight & Delivery. When we were contacted about delivery, the company said they only deliver to our area Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 4-8pm. They scheduled with us for Wednesday 4/10. However, upon hanging up, we realized we had another commitment that night, and although they never identified themselves or provided contact information, we had caller id so we immediately called them back. With our calendar open, we rescheduled for Friday April 12th from 4-8pm. We drove 3 hours to our second home on Friday and awaited delivery. We called them around 6pm to ensure the delivery was still coming but received a voicemail and could not leave a message because their mailbox is full. By 7: 50pm when we had received no calls or messages, we called their office yet again to ensure they were still coming. This time someone answered the phone and advised us "we have no trucks out on the road. " The person was not apologetic nor did they show any empathy. So, it was 6 hours on the road (3 up and 3 back) for nothing plus and entire day wasted. We contacted the online retailer on Saturday and they were very empathetic and apologized for the freight delivery company. The lady at the online retailer said she would reach out to them too to see what could be done. She emailed us back that she was unable to reach anyone either. Today (Monday), we contacted the delivery company again from my wife's phone and received the same voicemail that they were busy and when it came time for leaving a message we got the "the mailbox is full". When then tried a few minutes later from my phone and received the same message. We waited about a minute and called back (after turning off caller ID) and WOW they actually answered the phone with a very rude "hold please" and they were gone. When Heather came back on the phone and we explained the situation, she said "no, you had rescheduled it for Friday 4/19/19" but that's not the case because we have known for weeks we would be out of town on that day. We asked if there was any way they could deliver tomorrow, since I have to be up there for another appointment, and we got the typical "we deliver on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 4-8pm to that area. " We then said we would just contact the online retailer and they can have it shipped back to them and refund our money. Heather (the lady at the shipper) was perfectly fine with that option. Talk about a company with no customer service skills whatsoever and you'll be talking about Hall's Airfreight & Delivery. I'll be sure to use them as an example of how not to do business as I give my presentations and talks around the country.
