I have been going to this location since 2001. Pete Hamill knows how to treat his costumers and has always been honest in all his work. I trust him and his company before going to any other tire place. If there is a car issue that he cannot fix, then he will give you a genuine recommendation and not charge you for checking your car or truck.

I was visiting from out of town and needed help with my car. They fit me in even though they were so busy. I was expecting a huge bill. It was $34. They are so kind and honest. Thank you! Wish you were in my town.

I found this place after seeking recommendations on NextDoor. Then I went on to Google and read the reviews, most of which were stellar. So I thought I’d give them a try. I first went to them for an oil change. Then I went for a new set of tires. Along the way I have had some minor issues that I thought would be major but Ryan and team resolved them without blowing a hole in my budget. I have since recommended them to several people. Last night, I noticed my driver side rear tire was low. I went to Tires Plus in Pompano to have them check it. They added air and told me I had a nail in it and that due to dry rot, the tire would need to be replaced and it was “dangerous” to drive on it for much longer. I called Ryan at Hamill and he said, he would order a tire so he has it on hand and call me when it came so I could bring the car in but he wanted to check it to see if it actually needed replacing. As promised Ryan called and I brought the car in at lunch. Ryan had the car checked out and came back to say it was repairable. They fixed me right up and sent me on my way. I was there for less than a half an hour. Hamill tire and Auto will never try to take advantage of you. They are honest and I will keep my business with them.

Great service and customer focused attention. My car was serviced there last Thursday, 150k maintenance; upon my decision of keeping the previous owner service provider, which is Hamill Tire. Definitely will continue to use their service. Front desk agent was very knowledgeable and nice. Thank you

Reputable is an understatement for this company.

Had a tire in my nail, right off the sidewall and thankfully it did not puncture.

They could have easily poked it through and then billed me for a new tire and fit.

I am so happy to have found such an honest and trustworthy company.

They also replaced all 4 of my tires on my prior vehicle and the service and price was excellent then too.

I hope the management keeps this place running as it is, because they are honestly the best around.

Arrived at 7: 18 Saturday morning as it is first come first serve on Saturday for alignment. I was the 3rd person for this. One persons left so I would be 2nd. It is now 7: 58 and they still have not started on any alignment, so I went into to ask since they had other cars started. The guy was very rude and told me if I’m in a hurry he can’t help me and threw my paper in the garbage. I was blown away! Great customer service! Never ever would I go back. Terrible customer service!

I’ve been going to Hamill Tire & Auto Service for over 12 years. They are honest, dependable, friendly and professional. I’m so grateful to have found such a gem. They are a family businees since 1954. They will never perform a service that is not needed. They are very reasonably priced and will never rip you off. I stopped by there this morning for a much needed oil change & tire roation.

This is the first place I go whenever I need auto service of any kind (since January of 2016). I know what will happen: they will fix it, and fix it right, or tell you where to get it fixed if they don't handle some particular issue. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. You feel like a genuine person here-not merely some "number. " A different Pete Hamill was an amazing writer in New York, but *THIS* Pete Hamill knows vehicles and shows it in South Florida. (I recommend both Petes.) They never asked me for a review-and I don't believe they asked for any other 5-star reviews. Reviews like this come from people who are driving safer and happier. Think about that.

The most honest company I have experienced in this life time. Ryan, Pete and the entire staff are remarkable. I have actually gone in thinking I was gong to need a major repair and they found a minor problem fixed it in five minutes and get this! No charge. My best friend Norman moved to Hollywood and insists on bringing his cars only to Hamill. Hats of Hamill you're the best!
