Been living here for 3 and half years and have absolutely no complaints. Jenny, the apartment manager is a wonder to work with. Every thing is always taken care of for me, and my needs are always met. It's also pretty peaceful here. They have a nice little pool to hang around, and a relaxing retention pond with its very own duck mascots. I'd recommend this place to any one.

Have lived here for three years and the best part is and what keeps us here is the land lady jenny! The most caring, loving, understanding woman and she run our complex. Couldn't ask for a better situation! Always moves fast when we have any apartment issue (which hasn't been many), quick to answer any of our questions, and is more than willing to go above and beyond for any of us. 12/10 review!

I recently moved into Hamlet Cove and I have been loving it so far! I have had multiple encounters with Jenny, the property manager, and maintenance. They all have been so kind and welcoming. If there is an issue in the apartment they come out immediately and fix the issues. The rent is very manageable and is great for college students who cant afford to pay $1500 a month. Such a great complex with awesome features. Is this the best apartment in Gainesville? Probably not, but the rent they charge here is a steal for this area. Right down the road from UF. You can tell they recently remodeled as well. All in all a great apartment and I am loving this community so far!
