Hampton Inn Boca Raton

Great customer service! Everything was extra clean. Breakfast was great! Beds and pillows were extra comfortable! I would definitely stay there again!

Nigth time front desk person was rude. Argued with me when asked for battle of water. Also in the morning breakfast staff speaking loud foreign language. Disturbing my peace.

My husband and I went to the hotel because of the storm Nichole. We spent a placent night.
The beds are comfortable and the breakfast very good. Nice employees, kind and easy to talk.

The young lady in the service desk was very helpful and nice also the lady that served the breakfast was extremely nice too.the breakfast was hot and ready at 7 AM.unfortunately the price I paid for my room wasn't worth it. But great location.

Rooms were fine. I asked for a water and was told no as only complimentary water was given at check in. I have two rooms reserved for 4 days each and am a Diamond member. Also, just heard clerk tell another
guest latest check out is 1200. Marriott lets you check out at 4 with no issues. Pushing me to the Marriott.

My son and I stayed 2 nights and we were very pleased. The place is well maintained, very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff is wonderful, very accommodating and friendly. Great location as well. Thank you!

When I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile and eagerness to help. My 4th floor room was spotless and everything worked just fine. The curtain worked great, as this was an east facing room. Kept the room relatively dark after sunrise. Breakfast was fine. The only nitpick is that this Hampton Inn has only one waffle maker. Every other HI I've stayed at, has at least two. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

This hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the beautiful city of Boca Raton, has a very spacious parking around the building and what I think is the best is the fitness center that is located next to the hotel at a walking distance the place is amazing don’t forget to go for a quick workout or a intense one

Reservation portal bugged out when reserving, gave me the wrong dates. Talked to customer service for hours and the manager would not budge on changing the dates or refunding. Take your business elsewhere if you value customer service.

Great customer service - room quality was as expected. I felt that the location was perfect for going just about anywhere in the area.

Originally booked here for 3 nights with my husband & our 3 kids.was surprised by how tiny the room was upon entering & decided to only stay the first night because after driving for hours I didn't have the capacity to find another place. While I'm happy to report there were no roaches (my biggest fear!) we woke up to tiny sugar ants crawling all over the nightstand & our pillows. (I'll upload a picture.) For over $180 a night this is not acceptable. I notified the front desk & although she was apologetic nothing was adjusted. I'm also not happy that I was initially supposed to pay $154 for the room I was charged $162 + tax. Will be taking it up with them because it honestly was not worth more than $100 a night. I am still itching hours later from the ants! Never again. Desk staff was friendly but I would NOT recommend staying here.

Clean with friendly staff as usual for Hilton! 2nd stay here in 2 years. Great location and hotel was quiet during our 6 day stay. Breakfast is great and enjoyed the fresh peeled grapefruit & citrus mix (though eggs could have better texture). AC worked great, it did have some rattle from the outer case that goes away when pressed firmly down, but resumes later on, that could easily be remedied with foam strips under the shell (room 426).

Friendly staff and clean safe environment. Loved my stay here every staff made me feel as if I was that special family member everyone loves.

My bathroom flooded both nights of my stay. Water was coming from the walls. They brought towels for me to get up the water on the first flooding. Maintenance did not get there until late morning when we were getting dressed for a funeral. Maintenance left a note saying it was repaired. The next morning we woke up to a flooded bathroom. They said Maintenance would be there later. I asked who would be getting up the water? I was not. They sopped up the water and left the soaked towels. First and last time staying at a Hampton. The hotel is nice and clean, but it is very old and small. Apathetic about customer service.it Breakfast was not good either.

This Hampton Inn and suites is a wonderful little hidden gem in Boca Raton reasonably priced the service is excellent the accommodations are excellent and the accommodations for their gym are outstanding felt very welcoming well I stayed there for business I would definitely recommend this place to all my coworkers and friends and family

We stayed there for a weekend during a relative’s wedding. The place is really nice for families. The room is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and they serve a really nice free breakfast. Also, we came in late and the staff was really helpful getting us a food delivery.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was hot and ready by 7 am. The ladies who run the breakfast area were extremely nice and asked if there was anything we needed. On Sunday there were so busy for breakfast that they couldn't keep the coffee filled however the lady went back to the kitchen and filled our cups for us instead of asking us to wait. They definitely showed true hospitality. My only request would be in the room it would hbe nice to have an extra chair in the room.

If you guys follow me you know I’m brutally honest. I really really want to give a five here. The staff was outstanding even exceptional! The breakfast was great. I’ll even say that 50% of the issues is not their fault. The room was nice but didn’t have a closet. It was more of a couple hooks on the wall with a curtain to hide it. The golf course view was actually something under construction which could easily be mistaken for a missile testing zone. Other than these, they get a 5. For a single traveller that is passing through looking to get great service, awesome sleep and a good breakfast. I highly recommend.

The hotel is in a desperate need of a new management. We picked this one based on the stellar reviews but found the place not as expected. Rooms are decent but everything else is outdated and dirty. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced or at least cleaned. Elevator is disgustingly dirty, if you get a room here make sure it's on the 1st level so you don't have to use it. The most terrifying is the breakfast area with sticky tables and chairs. There are no utensils plates or glasses. They use disposable plastic instead. The pastries are old and soggy. We gave up even though it was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Overall quality of a highway motel at a different price. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
