Hampton Inn Dunedin

We highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for 3 weeks. It's in a Great location. The rooms are very clean and the customer service is second to none. Faith and the other ladies do a great job taking care of breakfast, its very good and there are many options. Ari made sure our room was well taken care of and Rhonda did a really great job. Cailan and Jeb at the front desk were exceptional and made our stay extra special. We will definitely stay again. This hotel and staff exceeded our expectations.

Just had to go there for a job, but the front desk people were both just wonderful, a guy and a gal; sorry, don't remember their names, but they were both very pleasant, professional and helpful.

Clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, friendly staff. But most of all the free breakfast was a big plus. Not your typical breakfast bar type food. Clean and well-prepared for self-service.

We stayed January 13,2024. It was a day-of booking so we mostly picked it because of its proximity to Honeymoon Island. Hotel was modern, clean. Front desk agents were friendly, room was spacious and clean. Nice pool area but the weather was a little too chilly for us to use it. Nicer than average breakfast in the morning - the breakfast attendant ladies were great! Kept the place stocked and clean. Made sure guests had everything they need. No complaints.

Beautiful location and amazing staff. Todd and the rest of the team members were so friendly and helped us with suggestions of stuff to do in downtown!

Nice hotel with clean and modern room and bathroom (including shower). The parking lot is spacious and free of charge. The breakfast is rich and good; nothing wrong with Europeans. Very friendly, helpful and nice staff. We were greeted with two bottles of water! I would say we'll be back.

The hot water was broken, no refund or apology. I couldn't shower in cold water in the morning.

Only place to improve is the breakfast. The eggs are not real well except for the hard boiled eggs

Loved our stay here. My group had 3 rooms total. The staff was great and super friendly all the way up to the GM. Jeb and friends provided excellent service.

Clean hotel, great location near the coast and in the middle of a fun area at Dunedin. The room crew only cleans and makes the bed every other day. Full breakfast and limitless coffee daily are solid bonuses.

Over price for room was promised a ocean view for additional cost. No ocean view from our balcony room 222.

I am local and this would be my second time at this hotel. Cute little hilton property close to the Dunedin causeway. Right on the water! It's convenient having a parking garage and being situated right next to a Frency's restaurant for hungry travelers. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn complimentary style arrangement and all the staff we interacted with were friendly! Would definitely come back again for another staycation!

What a wonderful stay, NO complaints! Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming. The breakfast ladies were spot on too! Large, clean room. Very close to the beach, enjoyed walking by the water each morning. Quiet area, delicious restaurants on either side of the hotel.

Loved our stay here.
We checked in just a few hours after a tornado touched down. They did everything they could to be helpful and professional. The rooms and building was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly.
I want to also give a shout out to the lovely ladies who worked and prepped the breakfast area. You are amazing. I loved how you connected with everyone telling stories and making sure everyone had enough to eat.
It was like being in Grandmas kitchen.

Nice room. No bar or restaurant but grossly overpriced snacks and beers at front desk. Would definitely stay again. Just remember to pack a cooler lol

We loved it in here. Very clean and quiet.
Location is pretty convenient. So close to restaurants and the beach. Literally Oasis beach is like 4 mins from the hotel
Breakfast was good (waffles, eggs with cheese, sausage patties, sautéed potatoes, cheerios, muffins, oats, fruits, orange juice, apple juice, coffee),
the pool was clean

Get a 4th floor room. We had 3rd floor and people above us were stimping all night. Front desk had no cah so couldnt get change to tip breakfast staff or housekeeping. Virtual key did not work. BUT, room was nice. View towards gulf was great. Beds comfy. Rooms spotless and well kept up. Breakfast apple cinnamon waffles and western omelet were delicious!

This is more like home to me. It gived me memories of when i used to work in the laundry room. The people are like friends to me. I felt it was my personal space to get comfortable.

The room itself was nice. Only downside is that it looked straight into neighboring apartments.

Great spot. New hotel so it’s quite clean. Staff is lovely. Breakfast is fine. And there’s a Peleton in the small gym. The pool is nice as well.

We spent two nights at the Hampton inn. It is in a great location in Dunedin and the room was very clean and comfortable. The first floor of the building is entirely parking. We liked the option of parking under cover in the shade of this garage. The garage is maintained clean and tidy. We also took advantage of the hotel's complimentary breakfast on both mornings. Our breakfasts were good and saved us from spending money at a restaurant. My only complaint was with the omelets. There were cheese omelets the first morning and Western omelets on the second. On both mornings, the eggs were way too salty. Fortunately, there were plenty of low sodium choices at the breakfasts, like oatmeal and yogurt
