BEWARE ROOM 1011! The area is great and is in walking distance to Las Olas, my only fear is that they’re providing keys to rooms that look like this. I spoke with a Manager who was able to refund me $100 of my $500 stay, but I’m pretty sure this is how I got sick. I’m also a content creator and won’t share this part of my trip because it is a bit embarrassing.

Rude front desk associate named Lynne. I was charged twice for the room and would have stayed another night had the manager not also been rude and dismissive of my concern. The entry light didnt work but came on when the toilet lid was opened.true story. The breakfast subpar.just eat the cereal. Be prepared to pay for parking.

The area near this hotel is changing and seems to be where people suffering from homelessness are located. The hotel itself is dated. The room I was in was an accessible room with a roll in shower, but the thing that holds the shower head was broken and the sprayer could only be placed about 6 feet high. Anyone in a wheelchair would need assistance. The glass plate was missing from the microwave and some of the electric sockets did not work. They offered a free breakfast but it was meager. There was no fresh fruit or cheese. No pastries. I was only here for business and spent one night I would choose another place in the future.

I don't recommend ordering anything and sending it to this hotel. I shipped a package to my friend that was staying at this hotel, but she checked out before receiving the package. I called a few times trying to locate the package, with little too no help they said that they were unable to locate the package. I reached out to the courier company that delivered the package and after they did their investigation, they were able to notify me that the package was delivered correctly and FRONT DESK signed for it.

After realizing that the package was labeled under my business name instead of my full name, I call back to let them know but the guy that answered the phone at front desk hung up the phone on me. I called and called but they refused to answer (assuming that they had caller ID, that's why they refused to answer because they saw my number) I then asked my friend to call and the guy answered the phone. THEY ARE VERY Unprofessional. I will definitely be taking serious action against them because at this point someone has to find my items because the courier company confirmed that someone on that property received my package.

I read many of the negative comments, unfortunately I didn’t have that experience. My stay was excellent! The pillows and bed are very comfortable. I stayed on the 10th floor and arrived in the evening the view was beautiful. The place was clean and customer service was great both at check in and check out.
My only concern was paying an additional $20.00 to park in the hotel garage which I didn’t see on the fine print.

Wanted to recognize the great service at reception from TOGO. He deserves credit for his patience and client services

Unfortunately this hotel is becoming more and more typical with Hilton Properties. General filth throughout the hotel. Poor housekeeping. The pool area though.whew. Garbage everywhere. Filthy pool that hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Leftover food throughout the area. Pool furniture was almost all torn to pieces and gross. Errant umbrellas in the plants. Hilton had the awful idea during covid to not increase staffing levels after covid in favor of higher profit margins. It really shows throughout all of their properties. Failure of senior management. It's really a shame that a couple additional percentage points of profit for exceeds any pride whatsoever in their product. Good location though and the bartender upstairs was a good dude.

The hotel surprisingly has good reviews but they must be from a different breed of human because the entire place looks gross. The carpet in our room felt so disgusting I had to put on socks to deal with it, and the room was infested with cockroaches. We decided to check out after one night. We told the front desk about the roaches and he went in the back for a few minutes, came back and just charged our card without apologizing or offering any sort of discount or refund. I will be reporting my concerns to the health department and to corporate in hopes that they will mend the issues they are struggling with.

Nice hotel. Clean. Did a “day stay” after a cruise trip out of the port and needed a place to stay during the day since our cruise got back so early but our flight out was later in the evening. Was in walking distance to a few shops and places to eat. A short drive (less than 15 mins) from the airport. Hotel has free airport shuttles. They also have discounted cruise shuttles from the hotel if you need. We didn’t use that as we stayed somewhere else before the cruise. Overall it worked out well. Ended up being charged more than the dayuse website we used to book but it wasn’t worth the fight for the $20 difference. Seemed the hotel was overbooked for the night so we were just glad to have somewhere clean to crash and nap that wasn’t a dirty airport. We got there around 11 and left at 4: 30. I wish more hotels offered this genius idea of a day use. I’d definitely use it more often.

I stayed three nights at this hotel. The service/staff was friendly and attentive. Overall I am satisfied with my stay because I feel the value I got for the money spent was right where it should have been. That said, the room I stayed in and the property as a whole was pretty dated and showed a lot of wear. The wooden furniture was scratched, stains on the ceiling, rust on the metal fixtures in the room, etc. Overall the room felt pretty clean to me, although I should state that I am not a person who is easily grossed out by a little dirt or grime. As long as it's not obscenely gross or a health concern, I turn a blind eye to it. I feel my room was adequately clean for a budget tier hotel. No real complaints there.

The location of the hotel is the best thing it has going for it. A ten minute walk from Las Olas Blvd and all the nightlife, restaurants and shops there. It's an extremely convenient location and the main reason why I think anyone should consider staying here. Very walkable except for the beach.

The property as a whole is dated and showing signs of wear and lack of maintenance. There were stains on the carpeting in common areas, the outdoor furniture around the pool is ripped and sun-bleached, the swimming pool was not super clean but good enough. Little details like burned out light bulbs on the building exterior and stuff like that. Honestly, if you're not one to be bothered by little details like that, it's not a big deal. I wasn't all that bothered by it myself. You get what you pay for.

The complimentary continental breakfast is not at all good, but that's not a big surprise when it comes to continental breakfasts. The food was very bland, the bacon was like eating thin strips of cardboard, and nothing tasted all that fresh. Frankly, I think they should cut that perk in favor of better property maintenance or lower room rates, but that's just me. I find it hard even calling the free breakfast a perk/amenity because it's truly just bad and not worth eating. A basic breakfast sandwich from the McDonalds nearby is lightyears better than anything I found at the free breakfast.

Overall, it's a decent budget hotel for the money. Don't expect sparkling clean rooms and luxurious amenities if you're staying here. If you can ignore a few shortcomings in the building's maintenance, you'll do fine here for a few nights. I'm satisfied with my stay but certainly not impressed. In the end, you get what you pay for.

Don’t bother using their messaging system they don’t check. I got here late last night and can’t go anywhere until 3 so I asked about a late checkout at 10 am via the chat. Never responded. So I called at 11: 45 and they gave me 30’minutes. So now I’m gonna be sitting in the lobby for 2.5 hours. Yay.

Guess being a Diamond member doesn’t mean anything here either.

Breakfast was good.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great! The room I had on the other, I was not impressed with. Hair in shower, grime on the shelf in the tub, faucet pulling out of the wall when you start the shower, and to top it off the faucet dipped through the night after showers. If it wasn't for the friendly staff, I would less stars.

Filthy! Room and pool area was dirty. I asked to be switched to a new room bc the toilet had urine on it. Property is outdated. Staff was pleasant.

Sadly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Unfortunately nothing to do with the staff but the hotel itself. My room, and after speaking with other guests, other rooms too, are damp with a severe musty smell. No dehumidifier effects of the A/C that kind of blows tepid wet air around the room. All my clothes were damp and smelled after just a few hours. I live in Florida so I understand humidity but this is not my first stay in a hotel of this caliber and not had an experience like this before. This is the definition of putting lipstick on a pig because the hotel needs extensive work not just a fresh lick of paint on the walls. Even the hotel sign was flickering like something out of a horror movie. I wouldn’t be at all surprised that if upon inspection there is black mold in the rooms particularly the A/C units as I have since developed symptoms of its presence. The toilet was also not fixed to the floor that will eventually lead to a leak that this hotel either has had before judging by the state of the hallway carpet or will have one very soon if these things aren’t dealt with. My bedding was slightly strange too with a comforter sandwiched in between 2 sheets and doubt the comforter is being washed in between guests. The location is what it is. Convenient for why I was here but wouldn’t recommend you walk around after dark. Unlikely I will choose Hampton Inn again anywhere and my only request of any hotel I stay at is that the room is clean. This was not.

Checked out early due to my room being infested with tiny cockroaches. After telling the front desk person he went and spoke to the manager in the back for 10 minutes before coming back and telling me to insert my card for the full price of the stay. Did not even apologize. The room was also very, very dirty.

This hotel is just a bit too far from Las Olas to be walking distance. It's really distressing seeing a property fall into a shopworn and haggard state due to poor management. It was evident that the hallway on our floor had not seen a vacuum cleaner in a while. I have come to the realization that Florida Man leads to Florida Hotel syndrome. This is a syndrome in which a brand that is reliable in the rest of the country cannot and will not maintain the same standards in Florida. This isn't a bad property but it ain't great.

There were dirty towels in the room when we came in but management had them removed and replaced with fresh ones.
