The hotel is no way a 2.5/3 star hotel. Very old abut no d outdated rooms, shaky toilet bowl, dirty bathroom and closet doors, smelly closet, worn out bathroom cabinet. The room definitely needs pan update. Great disappointment by a big hotel group like Hilton.

Honestly the worst hotel experience of my life. The prices were way too high for the services provided. The floors and carpets were all stained and disgusting and I got stuck in the elevator which made me miss my dinner reservation. When I went to tell the staff that I had finally gotten out of the elevator, they promised me they would reimburse me somehow. So when I went to check out, I thought the front desk would know to give me something as I got stuck in the elevator which remained out of order for the remainder of my stay. Instead, I waited at the front desk for a good 15 minutes before somebody half-heartedly checked me out even though the front desk sign said there would be a staff member on duty. The hotel never gave me anything for being stuck in the elevator and I will never stay in another Hampton Hotel again.

The bed was so uncomfortable, the closet was musky, the staff not welcoming 3 different staff members was feedup with hotel elevator not working. One say it’s a reoccurring issue, but management refused to correct the issue. The only good thing about the hotel was the Hilton brand name

I really enjoyed myself but just had to move out my room because of the AC stopped working nice location the chair had a big one spot on it didn't wanted to lay on it

Although listed as airport shuttle service, check with hotel first. Apparently during my stay the shuttle didn't stay until 10am and I had a 8am flight. Therefore I was forced to uber to the airport.
Also the ceiling in the room had bad patching.many areas had ceiling peeling.

They advertised they have airport shuttle on the website. Not true. I called hotel front desk for a shuttle pick up at Fort Lauderdale airport, but the shuttle never arrived. I waited an hour and finally decided to ride Uber. Called the front desk several times and was told the shuttle was on the way. Till I leave the airport, there’s no sign of any shuttle from this hotel. I am very disappointed. If you don’t want to provide airport shuttle, don’t say that. Better than wasting more than one hour of my time.

Another unpleasant experience is with the digital key. It doesn’t work at all. Wasted me another 20 minutes to get a physical key from the front desk.

Watch out for anyone that's sitting outfront when you check in they are relaying signals to see if your vulnerable I warned everyone glad to see all one star reviews thieves on premise incident a year ago now the owners responding to people STAY AWAY managers in on it

The room was super Old. There was no safe in the room.
The breakfast was good; you can find different options but no gluten-free friendly, almost no fruit, just apples.
But you have all day tea and coffee, that was something nice.
The staff was very friendly and the price for the last moment booking Was ok.
Near sawgrass mall and some good restaurants.
Booking said that they don't have parking, but they have parking for free.

Location is not convenient when heading to Miami. The general condition is ok but dated. Carpet is dirty should be replaced. Breakfast is good

BEWARE- WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Our room was burglarized while we were out (thief forcibly entered with a screwdriver or similar tool), and hotel management and ownership took zero responsibility. Cameras showed the thief entering the property via side door and going up elevator then exiting a short while later. Certain people on staff knew we would be gone from our room. Would give zero stars if I could.

The worst Hampton Inn. Do not stay here. THREE rooms they gave us had visibly dirty sheets. Makeup on pillow cases, hair in the bed. Very dirty floors. Whoever “cleaned” the rooms on this floor very obviously didn’t do their job. The fourth room we tried on a different floor had clean sheets so we took it since it was 11: 30 pm and we had small children. The carpet was damp and sticky in spots. It was musty and smelled disgusting in the room. We were all coughing and sneezing all night. Now that we left, we’re all fine. Probably mold. There were crumbs and wet spots on the floor you could tell they didn’t even try to vacuum or clean up. The hallways were so hot. The whole hotel is dirty. The luggage cart was disgusting. There were stains and dirty spots all over the hallway floor and walls. It looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. When we checked in, the front desk worker was watching her phone- understandable since it was late and no one else was there.but when I stood there waiting for her while she ignored me and continued to watch her phone- that was not okay. She seemed annoyed and rude at first when we asked for a new room.after the third room she did change her tune and was much nicer. She said she tried to call her manager but they were not answering. Not surprised with the condition of this hotel that theres poor management. She apologized and said the only thing she could do was keep giving us new rooms to go inspect ourselves. I think she felt bad we had to lug our stuff around with our little kids. Over all it was a terrible experience. Definitely would not recommend staying at this hampton inn.

Stayed here for business then extended to pleasure. Hilton Diamond Client. First night room was aweful. AC leaking onto carpet. Breathing in mold. Requested new room for next 3 nights which was fine. Requested housekeeping but never received. Asked for new towels but never received. Breakfast was a disaster all mornings. Never any hot food available. The person was not ready for the breakfast crowd apparently. Was never able to get breakfast other than a bagel. No utensils. No eggs. No cream cheese. Stay multiple times a week at Hilton hotels but this was the worst breakfast ever. Next time Marriott across the street.

One of the worst Hilton brand properties I’ve ever stayed at. There was what looked to be a BROWN leak coming from the ceiling, the washcloths were STAINED, the room was dark and muggy. Never again

If I could give this sorry excuse for a hotel a lower score I certainly would. The first think I noticed was the overwhelming "musky" smell when walking into my room which lingered the entire time I was there. I noticed mold beginning to form in the seals of the bath tub as well. When I brought this to the managers attention they told me that would look into it and that was the last I heard. THANK GOD my stay wasn't any longer than it had to be, but aside from the horrific conditions and terrible staff.mold is simply dangerous. I thought this was an isolated incident, but there was a group of 6 of us who all stated there was a "moldy smell. " One of the guys I was with told his bathtub doesn't even drain and there was standing water in his bathroom. AT the end of the day there are WAY more options in the area to stay.and this location should not be one of them. I literally wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

Yuck! Disgusting. Had pink mold on shower head, gnats & mosquitoes in room & sand in chair. Why did I check in to my room and sand was everywhere. Never again. The staff was super nice (front desk), just incompetent. What airport shuttle. I waited and waited. I called 2 days prior - they said no worries we be there. Just call with the terminal. Called, told it didn't start for another 2 hours. Ummm, could have told me when I called in the reservation! I couldn't wait to do my national office survey, done and hopefully my concerns will be addressed. No need to contact me directly from your nasty local hotel, because you didn't help me while I was there!

Typical motel rooms, functional and reasonably comfy. Not very good on housekeeping. We only did 2 nights but they never did our room. Reasonably close 15-20 minutes to everything in the area.

Stayed here for a couple of nights prior to joining a cruise. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Included a breakfast element with the stay that was more than adequate. I would have liked to have seen more fruit in the selection but this is not a complaint. Location was perfect and had good shopping choice within walking distance and the same for restaurant selection. This is the third time staying here and definitely with choose this place again.
