Extremely satisfied with all the services and accommodations! The Staff is top of the line. If there was six stars I would have chosen six!

The room was ok. There was someone's long hair in the vanity sink. Everytime I moved, the bed made a loud creaky sound. There was also a noise that lasted all night long that sounded like someone breathing or a coffee pot percolating.lol.chipped paint and some small black stains in the tub. I expected a bit more for the $141 I paid for one night. The front desk attendant was very polite and professional, though. Easy access to the interstate. The room price needs to come down!

Clean nice last minute room breakfast great. I missed my diamond care package but I'm sure very busy.

Room was nice, cozy, quiet and comfort. The location was close to alot of dining areas. The breakfast spread was delightful with plenty to choose from. I would stay again.

Very clean nice room. Excellent service. Couldn't give five stars due to the dog barking at 7am. Add to that the kids in the hall right next to my door having a grand old time the night before. If I didn't want a good night's sleep then it would have been perfect.

Hotel was great and room was very clean. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is due to breakfast eggs and sausage were cold.

Pristine room with a clean lobby and hallways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast available until 10am. Many restaurants within walking distance. Parking available for large vehicles.

Philip went out of his way to find us a room for an early check in, very attentive and helpful to all the guests. Only downside is ac unit does a loud decompression sound when it starts and shuts off.

It was conveniently located near our destination, the room was clean but the a/c was noisy.

Staff and Management always go above to make our monthly stays for business in the area go without any issues. Julie the Manager is a pleasure to work with and very professional. I may try to steal her to come work for me!

Hotel is normal… nothing special but the staff is amazing. Clean place, friendly employees, and good location.

They changed my room the second night and said price was going to be the same. It was 30.00 higher when they emailed the bill.
I probably would not have stayed if I had known they were charging me more. It was a decent breakfast.

Great staff, exceptionally clean rooms and an air conditioner that was quiet and cool. It was a perfect room, and the location is incredibly convenient.

The check in and out ladies were super sweet, check in was quick and easy, rooms definitely could use an update. The room didn’t scream “I’m clean”, the sink in the bathroom was plugged so I had to stick my hand in and unplug it manually and there was a dead bug in the shower. Beds are not comfortable either. We probably wouldn’t stay here again unless we were in a pinch.

Could use some cleaning up in the rooms with new cleaning and changing the linen it was itchy meaning dust mites was around a/c filter needs to be changed or clean every once and a while to keep it from smelling like old dirty clothes

My grandchildren live in Jacksonville and this location was very convenient for my stay to take them back home. I rested overnight after relaxing in the pool. And used the check out on my phone. Very nice and clean rooms in every room I have stayed in from the beach to I-10!
