Hampton Inn Jacksonville South/I-95 at JTB

Noted earlier, that we did not take breakfast as we've usually done in the past. We are not ready for that yet. Else, pleasant stay. Thks!

We checked in on June 9th at 3 pm. The pool was closed for maintenance from 4 pm, all through the next day, and until 4: 30 on Friday. In addition to not being able to swim, we had people fighting in the room next to us all night. We told the front desk lady, who said she was scared and didn't know what to do. The manager Diedre, offered me a $20 discount, argued with me about when the pool was closed, claimed as far as she knew, it was only down one day. It was ridiculous. Then when I leave, another couple tells me they received a $40 discount because of the pool situation. So not only does she argue with me, I didn't even receive the same service she gave someone else.

I've had an ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY nice 2 day visit and looking for another day of just the same;please continue with your wonderful hospitality!

I stay here pretty often. The rooms are always clean, business center is handy when traveling and breakfast on site.

We stayed in room 123 on the first floor. The room was clean and tidy, with a sticker on the door indicating that the room had been sanitized. However there were a couple hiccups; we had to tinker with the fridge for a bit to get it to work and, although check out was at 11am and we did not check out any earlier then that, there was a member of housekeeping, we assumed, that knocked for a moment but it wasn’t clear that it was our door that was being knocked on, but then they preceded to use a key and unlock it, once we yelled that the room was still occupied, they closed it. We put a do not disturb on the door knob and it did not happen again.

Best hotel in Fla! People are friendly and happy to see you an make your stay a great one. If your in this area, stop and stay here. Thank you staff at Hampton! You truly did a super job!

The staff a lady from Croatia help me with my waffles so kind she is been working in the same hotel for 13 years, very sweet and special lady. The room not so clean and had a strong odor of cigarette smoke.hallways no so clean either, bathroom with the tub faucet broken.needs improvement in cleaning specially with the virus? Going around.overall for one night business stay is ok.

Great hotel, modern, comfortable, excellent customer service, good parking lot, great breakfast. If you visit Jacksonville, you need to go at Hampton inn Jacksonville South/1-95.

Awesome close to everything. Super fast check-in very clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious.the pool is my favorite part I would be here many more times. We will definitely go back. Thank you for your good work. I also loved the blue color of the beach throughout the hotel.

Not a bad hotel, but not great either. Service was fine. Didn't have to interact with the front desk much as I checked in via the app and just had to grab a keycard for my room. I find using the digital key with the Hilton app to be a pain in the butt; sometimes it works right away, sometimes it takes a while.

Didn't do breakfast because there are so many places to eat around the hotel and I didn't have to pay for food, so why waste time eating in the hotel when there is a Cracker Barrel across the street you can walk to? There are also plenty of other higher end restaurants just 10 minutes away if you want a better meal.

There's a nicely equipped LA Fitness just 10 minutes North as well for my gym heads.

I had a double queen room. The room had a desk, and two small ottomans you can sit on. They had plenty of room to add another table and chair near the window, but I guess they chose not to in order to charge you more for an "upgraded" room. TV was decent size, bathroom was also fine. Closet was large with plenty of hangers and there was a mini dresser to put clothes in.

The bed was semi firm. I would say a good firmness for the majority of people though I prefer it a little less firm. The pillows are HORRIBLE though. Most uncomfortable pillows I can remember sleeping on in recent memory. I guess they are the reusable cheap kind. I found it hard to sleep with them and, unfortunately, didn't get that great of rest.

Would I come back? As a Hilton Diamond member, maybe. It's close to the our Jacksonville office, has a lot of places to eat within a 10-15 min drive, and close to the gym i'm a member at. I would just have to bring my own pillow.

Excellent customer service; clean rooms; good breakfast; ample parking; convenient access to interstate.

I liked the room. Everything very good. My only thing is i don't like the egg omlets with the Velveeta cheese.

The location was easily accessible from the main road. The room was clean and the service/breakfast were great. However, we booked a roomtype they apparently didnt have, so that possibility of discrepancy bring one star down for me.

Good place to stay, room very clean, good shower, very good bed, A/C works good, will try the breakfast shortly.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The location is convenient to restaurants and I-95.

Location was good with easy highway access. Rooms and lobby were clean. Nice pool area for relaxing. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast and free wifi.

Great hotel. My only issue is the door to the bathroom is a barn door with barely any handle. It wasn't balanced and didn't like to stay closed.other then that had a great stay

Nice hotel with nice rooms and comfortable bed. We had a king sized room. All was great but breakfast was just okay.

Room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would have liked a second office chair in the room instead of two footstools.
