Staff was amazing. Complimentary breakfast was good. My room was clean but it smelled like mildew, TV remote didn’t work even after having maintenance stop by, I never received the towels I ask for when I checked in, and the whole hotel smelled strongly of chlorine.

Great location. Very close to Universal and all of the Disney parks. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and we had no issues with noise from other guests.

Closest to Disney Springs and not far from the parks. Right off of I4 and a perfect location!

Me and my girlfriend had been planning a trip to Disney for our anniversary. We were totally blown away with the kind people at this particular Hampton inn. They gave us tips for the parks because it was our first time and even helped us make sure that we got to ride the new tron ride by using the virtual queue. The icing on the cake came from the front desk lady Nicole. When she found out that it was our anniversary she decorated our door with ribbons and balloons and a very nice note, safe to say my girlfriend loved it! It was a very nice personal touch that made the trip even more special. The hotel was close to the Disney parks and lots of food near by. Would recommend 10/10

I stayed at the hotel last month and waited for a package that arrived after my stay. I have already tried to contact the network's virtual customer service, email and telephone, with instructions to return my order, but I have not received a response.

This Hampton is on my list as one of the best. Very clean room and updated Erika at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and lots of room to eat

The rooms should be completely remodeled, not only the bathrooms, but in general an 8/10, the perfect location and the breakfast and the girls who work in the dining room excellent

Clearly a well-managed hotel. It's an older Hampton Inn but currently renovated and everything from the room to the facilities to the breakfast worked very well. The front desk staff texted me several times to confirm all was well and if I needed anything. I especially appreciated the free parking as so many similar hotels in Orlando add on the charge where it is not warranted. That was one of my primary reasons for booking.

This place is absolutely disgusting, It reeks of cigarettes as soon as you walk in and a terrible smell of old wood, the manager was lazy kept asking him questions and he gave a bad attitude, I saw the cleaners cleaning the floors with the hotel towels and stepping all over them and no one bothered to clean it up.

Close to Disney and located in a quiet area. Service is amazing and problems (if any) are solved quickly and with care. Highly recommend starting your Central Florida visit here.

As a contractor who is in and out of Hiltons for a living trust me when I say this is a lovely hotel to stay at. The ladies who run the house keeping and front desk are top notch. Marleny, Veronica, Magen, Nicole, & Erika are always ready to help slove problems around the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if visiting the area.
